LOADOUT A new equipment screen in the main menu. Paper doll, backpack, shop and workbench all in one place: pick your weapon, bolt on attachments, put on armor. Tap-tap on mobile, drag and drop on desktop. NEW WEAPONS • Pistol — light and fast, you can keep tapping • Light Machine Gun — hold it down and sweep the horde • Marksman Rifle — slow, but it takes the head from range • Minigun — no stopping once the barrels spin, and the weight slows you down ATTACHMENTS AND ARMOR Optic, muzzle, underbarrel, magazine and stock slots. From a red dot to a telescopic scope, from a muzzle brake to an extended magazine. Armor is split across helmet, body, gloves, legs and boots; consumables kick in as the round starts. DIFFICULTY EASY, NORMAL and HARD. Not just enemy health: the damage you take, the spawn pace, how many enemies you face at once and the runner/tank mix all shift with it. HARD pays more scrap, so picking it is no longer a pure loss. Difficulty locks once the round begins. SCRAP Scrap earned in a round goes into your gear. Even a lost round pays out for how long you held. FIXES • In co-op, score, the kill counter and the "piercing round every 10 kills" reward never accumulated — zombies die on the server and the counter never ran on the client. Fixed. • On long reloads like the minigun the sound finished in a second and left silence behind; reloading is now a two-beat cue. • With large magazines the shell strip ran across the whole screen and covered other HUD elements — it now falls back to a number. • Drag and drop on the equipment screen relied on an undocumented assumption on touch devices; it is now pinned explicitly.

CO-OP WAITING ROOM Joining a room no longer drops you into a half-played round. An empty room waits; once the team is together you hit READY and start the run properly. Immediately if everyone is ready, otherwise after a short countdown. PIERCING ROUND Incendiary ammo is gone, replaced by a piercing round: one shot punches through enemies in a line, and through glass. FIXES • In Chapter I, returning from a checkpoint could spawn you outside the map and drop you forever — fixed. You can no longer get stuck below the map on any level. • In co-op, a teammate losing connection could lock the run forever, leaving a downed player with no way out — fixed. • In co-op, killed zombies stayed red and blocked your path instead of disappearing — fixed. • Rooms died permanently after a single run ended — fixed. • Lightning was invisible on mobile (too far away and sub-pixel) — fixed. • Your "closest attempt" record logged the worst moment of a run as a near miss — fixed. • The wrong chapter music leaked into ESCAPE runs — fixed. BALANCE AND PERFORMANCE • After spawning you take no damage until you move (up to 15 seconds). • Station warehouses are shorter; the street no longer feels like a well. • Reduced scene load on mobile.
