New: Tier 1 is fully playable — 14 patterns, real native-style audio, and background Ear Lab listening. Train your ear today.
You studied for years. Then a real Japanese conversation hits you and you catch maybe 20% of it. That's not your fault — nobody taught you that している becomes してる when people actually talk.
KUZUSHI (崩し) teaches the ONE thing textbooks skip: the contractions and sound changes that make real spoken Japanese sound nothing like the page.
LEARN THE 40 PATTERNS THAT UNLOCK YOUR EARS
• している → してる, てしまう → ちゃう, なければ → なきゃ
• すごい → すげー, わからない → わかんない
• dropped particles, fused vowels, trailing 〜けど — all of it
HOW IT WORKS
• Every conversation is recorded in three modes: Real speed, Slow, and Textbook — so you hear exactly what changed
• Ear-training drills: tell してる from している in a snap
• Tap-to-build dictation — no typing, pure listening
• Convert textbook ⇄ real to lock it in
TRAIN YOUR EAR, NOT YOUR MEMORY
• Miss a line? Smart spaced-repetition brings it back at the right time
• Ear Lab plays your learned conversations on repeat — in the background, screen locked, on your commute
• Your Ear Score tracks how much real speech you actually catch
BUILT FOR JLPT & ANIME LISTENERS
Whether you're prepping for N3/N2 listening or just tired of needing subtitles, KUZUSHI closes the gap between what you learned and what you hear.
The problem was never you. It was your textbook. Let's fix your ears.
Start free with the first 4 patterns. Unlock all 40 with Pro.
