Fix VIN reading failure

[VIN Auto-Detection] - Full 17-character VIN reads restored. The VIN is now read with CAN headers enabled and isolated to a single ECU (ATCRA), recovering the complete VIN on cars that previously returned a truncated value. Multi-frame VIN reliability. On retry the app now uses permissive flow control and a longer response timeout (ATST, raised only for the VIN read) so multi-frame VINs no longer get cut short. - No more retry storms. Fixed a loop that repeatedly reset the adapter (ATZ thrash) on cars with a hard-to-read VIN. All-zero VIN responses are now correctly detected as blank instead of triggering an endless re-handshake. Manual-entry guidance. When an auto-read comes back truncated, the app now guides you to enter the VIN manually (localized across EN/KO/JA/DE/zh-Hans/zh-Hant). [Bluetooth Connection Reliability] - Reconnect no longer stalls on "Operation was cancelled." The connect path now retries through this transient BLE error so a reconnect actually lands. - Fixed a reconnect race where a stale subscription/GATT client could linger and block the next connection (reverted a GATT-teardown change that broke reconnect; stale subscriptions are now dropped first). OBD protocol is pinned at connect for a faster, more consistent handshake, and the post-connect blank-VIN retry storm was eliminated.
