Thread comes to iPhone Duo. Open it like a book: the board and tray on one side, your notebook on the other. Close it and keep playing on the outer display. Fold or unfold it and your game picks up right where you left it. New: the notebook. Every combination you try gets jotted down, sorted by word, and shows which letters are in the right spot, which belong elsewhere in the word and which are out. On iPhone, open it from the board. On iPad in landscape and on iPhone Duo when it's open, it sits right beside you. Stuck? After 30 seconds without progress, Thread offers to highlight the letters of one word without removing the others, and you decide how to arrange them. You can turn it off in Settings. Community is here: publish your threads for everyone to play, discover other people’s, and like the ones you enjoy most. Every thread is reviewed before it goes live, and you can report or block anything you’d rather not see. And to get there, you can now create your own threads: pick the five words and the one that ties them together, give it a title and a category, then publish it or send it to anyone with a link that carries the puzzle inside. Also in this version: · Optional notifications: we’ll tell you when your thread goes live, when we feature it and how many people play it. · “My threads” keeps the ones you create and the ones you play, with the stars you earned on each. · Your points, streak and achievements now show up in Game Center too. · Your progress, achievements and threads are saved to your iCloud account: switch phones or reinstall, and they come back on their own. · Five new achievements for creating threads, sharing them and playing in Community.
