It lives in your menu bar and, every 20 minutes, reminds you to look away for 20 seconds — the 20-20-20 rule optometrists recommend. The reminder is a calm full-screen overlay (or a notification, if you prefer) that you can always skip. No nagging, no streaks to keep, no guilt.
