Here's the What's New for 1.3: - Fajr alarm You can now set an alarm for Fajr. Turn it on in Settings and pick whether it wakes you 5, 10, or 15 minutes before the adhan. Snooze it for another 10 minutes, or dismiss it. The usual Fajr notification still arrives at prayer time. Note that the alarm is a notification, so it stays silent if your phone is on silent or in a Focus mode. - Update reminders Five Prayers now lets you know when a new version is available, with a badge on the app icon, an Update button on the Home screen, and a check-for-updates option in Settings. - Other changes Tidied up the links in Settings under a new Product section.

Hear the adhan — Five Prayers now plays the call to prayer. • Adhan playback: when a prayer notification arrives while the app is open, the full adhan now plays. • Choose your adhan voice: six recordings to pick from — Mishary Rashid Alafasy (default), Ahmad al-Nafees, Hafiz Mustafa Özcan, Mansour Al-Zahrani, and more — in Settings → Adhan. • Preview button: listen to each voice before choosing. • Prayer notifications now play an adhan sound when the app is in the background. Prayer times and adhan recordings are provided by the AlAdhan API (aladhan.com), a free service by Islamic Network.

Five Prayers now makes it easier to stay reminded for Salah. If notifications are not enabled, Home shows a gentle animated prompt so you can turn them on and receive prayer reminders. This update also includes the new Progress experience, Made Up missed prayers, improved missed-prayer tracking, and better Home screen timing behavior.
