A new version of the Fakturuj.si mobile app. • Push notifications: the app alerts you to a payment received for an invoice, a document or invoice draft waiting for your approval, a decision on your document, a new incoming invoice, a task a colleague assigned to you or one due today or overdue, and a reply from support. The app asks for permission only once it has something to tell you; manage notifications from Profile • The notification bell in the Overview header lists every alert, tap one to open the document; choose in Profile (User settings) what you want to hear about • The More tab shows the number of unread notifications, and so does the app icon once notifications are on • Tasks in Company records: assign a task to a colleague, set its due date and mark it as done • The app icon is the money bag on a blue background – the same money bag as on the launch screen • Faster sign-up: registration is now a native form in the app instead of a web page – your e-mail, then company data with a business-register lookup for Slovak and Czech companies, and personal data. Signing up with Apple continues in the same form • Appearance: choose System, Light or Dark in Profile. It applies at once, without a reload, to the app and the embedded pages alike and is stored on the phone; until now dark mode only followed the phone setting • App color: pick one of the eight colors in Profile, the same as on the web. The tab bar, headers, buttons, badges and the embedded pages follow the color you chose on the web or in the app; the choice is stored on your account, so web and app match. The launch screen, the app icon and the sign-in screen keep the brand color • Simple view: a "Simple | Full menu" switch at the top of the More tab. Simple shows only invoices, quotations, expenses, expense by photo, support, guides, entities, invoicing settings and the legal pages as a plain list; everything else is one tap away in the full menu, and search always covers the whole menu. Full menu is the default, the choice is stored on the phone • New bottom sheet: Create, the company switcher and the prompts to turn on the biometric lock and notifications slide up from the bottom. Close Create and the switcher with Close or a tap outside; the prompts keep Turn on and Not now pinned at the bottom • Lists on the phone are cards instead of tables, Profile is organized in groups (Account, Appearance, Security, Notifications), and "Log out" and the app version are now in Profile instead of the More tab • Documents and records open in a panel that slides up from the bottom, with the buttons always at the bottom; lists can be sorted, a long press selects several items at once, and empty lists show what to do next • Loading placeholders shaped like the content, a softer header and tab bar, larger touch targets and better contrast
