A calm, daily companion for holistic health, built on one rule: if it can't point to a source, it doesn't say it. Most health advice is an opinion delivered in a confident voice. Heir cites what it tells you — peer-reviewed research, classical texts, named practitioners — and says so plainly when the evidence is thin. Why Heir? - A morning read that knows you: sixty seconds of check-in, and three small things worth doing today, each one sourced. - A scanner that scores for you: food, skincare and supplements read against your goals, your intolerances and your cycle. Not one score for everyone. - Honest by design: no ads, no data selling, no streak guilt, no diagnoses. Subscription plans: - Free: the morning check-in and your daily read, free forever, plus five scans a month - Heir+ $12.99/mo or $79.99/yr: unlimited scanning, the sourced Library, and a read shaped by your own history Heir is an education and lifestyle tool, not a medical device. It never diagnoses or prescribes, and it routes urgent symptoms to real care. Terms: https://heir.health/terms Privacy: https://heir.health/privacy

The scanner waits for a clean read. It used to commit to the first frame the camera decoded, which on a curved bottle is often a misread — and a misread barcode comes back as "not found" for something sitting right there in your hand. It now confirms the code across several frames, checks it against its own check digit, and ignores the marketing QR codes that sit beside barcodes on most labels. Supplements now work. Scan a bottle and Heir reads the label: every active with its dose and its percentage of the daily value, forms kept exactly as printed, and proprietary blends shown as what they are — a total, with the parts underneath and their amounts withheld. Label data comes from the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database. It flags the additives worth knowing about, each with the specific reason and who says so, and tells you when a dose sits above the tolerable upper intake level — including what that limit is actually set by, because the limit for magnesium and the limit for vitamin A do not mean the same thing. A short walk around the app. Five stops, four of them with one small thing to do. Nothing to read through — you do the thing, and it marks itself off. A quieter start. The calming tone no longer plays on its own. It is off unless you turn it on, in Profile. Heir+ is now $79.99 a year, down from $129.
