New with Pro: a training calendar. See every month at a glance and tap a day for its sets. Plus a free light theme.
Train like you have a pro coach in your pocket. Body Atlas builds a real periodized strength program and adjusts every set to your actual performance.
No ads. No account required. Your training history stays on your device.
— THE ADAPTIVE DIFFERENCE —
Most workout apps are digital notebooks — you still do all the thinking. Body Atlas is a genuine adaptive coach: the progression engine reads your logged sets and RPE, then recalibrates your loads and reps automatically. Hit your targets and it pushes you; struggle and it backs off.
▸ KNOW YOUR STRENGTH — SAFELY
Stop guessing your 1RM. A submax 3-set test estimates your strength without the risk of an all-out max attempt.
▸ REAL PERIODIZATION
The structure experienced lifters use: accumulation, intensification, and deload phases — plus a Test Week that recalibrates your entire next cycle. No more plateaus.
▸ BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR
Big, glanceable numbers, stepper-based logging (no keyboard mid-set), a rest timer, and smart exercise swaps that keep your training intent.
▸ 380+ EXERCISES
A complete library with clear demonstrations — from barbell compounds to accessories.
▸ TRAIN YOUR WAY
Strength, muscle, fat loss, or general fitness. Gym, home, or bodyweight only. Metric or imperial. Available in 8 languages.
▸ FREE TO START, HONEST PRO
The full training system is free. Body Atlas PRO adds deeper analytics and advanced tools — and there are no ads either way.
Download Body Atlas and let your program adapt to you.
Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
New: a training calendar (Pro).
- Every month at a glance: trained, partial, missed. Tap a day to see its exercises, the sets you logged and the ones you left out. Open it from History or the calendar icon on Home
- Light theme: Settings > Appearance > Light, or follow your phone. Dark stays the default
- Crisper cards and controls, and the launch screen now uses the app's own colours
- Statistics now sit at the top of History
- Fixed: selected options were hard to read; the status bar was hard to read on phones set to light mode
