MarkSnapper lives in your Mac menu bar. Press ⌘⇧6 to select an area, add your notes, then copy the result or save a PNG. You can also open an existing image, drop a file into the editor, or paste an image from the clipboard.
START WITH THE FREE TOOLS
• Capture an area or the display under your pointer.
• Point out details with arrows, rectangles, ovals, and text.
• Move and resize annotations, and double-click text to edit it.
• Undo and redo your changes.
• Copy an annotated image or save it as PNG.

Screen Recording permission is needed only for screen capture. Opening, pasting, and editing images works without it. Requires macOS 14 or later.
