How STAY works • Build your trusted support network by adding the people you want STAY to contact. • Personalize your emergency message. • When you need help, simply tap STAY. • Your trusted contacts immediately receive your message and are called in sequence until someone accepts the call. • If no one is available, STAY provides quick access to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. STAY is not designed to replace therapy, medical care, or emergency services. Instead, it helps bridge the gap between a moment of crisis and the people who care about you most.
