A wooden letterpress drawer holds 9 cards. Drag them onto a 5x5 board to form connected words. All words must touch at least one other. The moment a valid word completes, it locks with a score, a happiness multiplier, and a celebration.
Every letter has opinions about its neighbors:
• K loves I. K hates Z. Furiously.
• Q needs U. Separated, they sulk. Together, they beam.
• S bristles at another S, but pairs happily with T or H.
• Vowels have a pecking order that rewards attention.
Each preference is learnable. Tap and hold any card to peek at its feelings. Play to the personalities and you'll score over 20% higher than if you ignore them. The mechanic has real teeth.
