New Connected plans: use PEAKD's AI with your own OpenAI account for a lower price. The plans screen now shows clearly what is free and what Premium adds. Apple Health workouts and steps count toward your daily burn and streak. Your weekly check-in lists the plan changes you made. Fixes and improvements.

Edit your weekly plan yourself: swap, add or remove exercises. Import a workout plan from photos. A steps card on Home. Gym time reminders. Fixed an issue that could sign you out when you opened the app. Fixes and improvements.

Apple Health sync, connected right from Home: bring in your steps, Apple Watch workouts, meals and weight, and send your PEAKD workouts and meals back to Apple Health. A new kitchen question so meal plans fit how you actually eat. Choose your coach's style. Use your own OpenAI key to chat with the coach on the free plan. Better food search and harder workout options. Fixes and improvements.

A big update with new ways to track, compete and stay on track. New PR celebrations: beat your best on a set and PEAKD! pops a "New PR!" card you can share to your stories. Your own exercise demos: add a YouTube link or your own video to any exercise, and it follows that exercise into every plan. Leaderboard: see where you rank this month, and hide yourself any time from your Profile. Last 30 days on Home: a heatmap of how much of each day's plan you finished, plus your past 7 days at a glance. Food you can fix: tap any logged food to change its name, amount or calories. Save your own foods to My foods and log them in one tap. Workouts show the calories each exercise burns, with a Burn today bar. Two new mini games: Infinite runner and PEAKD Bird. Payments are more reliable: if the App Store is slow after you pay, your plan unlocks automatically, and Restore purchases works from anywhere in the app. Plus many fixes for small screens, large text and VoiceOver.

Three new ways to get a plan, and a microphone almost everywhere. Bring your own plan: paste a program you already follow and we read the days and exercises out of it, or build a week yourself from the exercise catalog with a live estimate of what each day burns. You check everything before anything is saved. Follow a creator: browse a creator's real week and follow their workouts, their meals, or both. The numbers you see are theirs, never quietly rescaled to you. Your meals, your way: paste a meal plan or build one slot by slot. Foods we cannot price exactly are marked rather than guessed at, and anything that clashes with an allergy you declared is named plainly and never removed behind your back. Speak instead of type: tap the microphone on any field where you write a sentence, in eleven languages including Tamil, Hindi and Telugu. Your words land in the box for you to read and fix before you send. Audio never reaches our servers. The coach can now change your plan: ask it to swap something you cannot do today and it updates your week in the conversation. Choose when your week starts, so installing late at night no longer costs you a day. Plans you wrote yourself are now carried forward as they are, with suggestions you can take or leave rather than a rewrite.

Your coach now works from what you tell it, and you can change your mind any time. Equipment: tell it what you can actually get to, and update it from your profile whenever that changes. Your week adjusts. Injuries and medical conditions: declare them after signing up, not only when you join. Your plan is rebuilt around them, and anything unsafe is taken out rather than quietly left in. Foods you avoid are kept out of your meal suggestions. Exercises: every movement now has a short demo clip so you can check the form before you start, and logging something you have done before takes a couple of taps. Plus a calmer wait while your first week is being built, and a number of smaller fixes.

Your diet plan now tells you exactly how much to eat. Every food shows the quantity, its weight in grams, and its protein, carbs and fiber, so there is no guessing how many idlis or how much chicken. Workouts are sharper too. Main, Lite and Survival now properly reduce the reps and load on every exercise. When you finish a session we ask which version you did, and your reps and personal records are saved, so next week builds on what you actually lifted. New on the home screen: an Up next card with your next workout and next meal. We also fixed the muscle map so the full body is visible, and simplified the Gains screen.

Subscription purchases are now available. Minor fixes and improvements.
