When a converted PowerPoint deck is the only file on your device, it now plays itself like a slideshow: the next build or slide every 8 seconds, any video on the slide plays to its end first, and after the last slide it starts again. A tap stops it; it carries on after 30 seconds untouched. A deck's play button now plays its builds and videos in order, and keeps the deck's own slide timings.

Your workspace's console can now see which pages of a PDF, slides of a presentation or pages of an HTML file were viewed in the app, and for how long. Share: a QR code and link can now be made for one person. Add their email, or pick them from your contacts or Outlook, and every view is recorded under them, as with an email link. Courses: if your workspace uses Yonderly Learning, the courses assigned to you now appear in the app and play when you're online. My learning in the side menu shows your progress, score and time on each one. Swiping from the left edge no longer closes an open file; the arrow at the top left closes it. On iPad, Yonderly Go now runs full screen, so the buttons at the top of the screen are no longer covered by the multitasking control.

- Draw over interactive files with a pen or highlighter while you present. Nothing is saved. - The Share screen can now make a QR code and link. Anyone who opens it types their name before the file opens. - A video or sound set to start automatically in an uploaded PowerPoint deck now plays on its own.

- If an email to someone can't be sent, the share screen now says so and keeps that person on the list so you can try again. - After you connect Outlook, Settings shows which Microsoft account you connected.

- Choose recipients from Outlook: sign in once with your work or personal Microsoft account to pick from your Outlook contacts and the people you work with. With a work account, typing a name also searches your company directory. - Share with several people at once: type addresses with a comma between them, paste a list, or tick several people in your contacts. Each person gets an email of their own. - Large files finish downloading after you switch apps. If a download was interrupted, the app now tries again by itself. - The first card under New this week shows when a file is still downloading or unpacking, and says so if a download failed. - An interactive file that went blank after you switched apps now reloads by itself. - Sign-in prompts now name the app “Yonderly”.

When a workspace's trial ends unpaid, devices now show a message asking the account owner to add payment information, instead of an empty library. Files stay on the device, so everything comes back the moment someone pays.

Already have Yonderly Go? Point your Camera app at the pairing code shown in Yonderly and it opens the app straight to the confirm screen. When a device has only one file and it's a video, it now plays full screen and loops, with no playback controls in the way. Tap the screen to show the close and share buttons. The status bar is hidden throughout the app, so your content uses the whole screen. Search results, Favorites and New can each be sorted by title or newest, and remember your choice. Folders always list their files A to Z. A single video no longer floats into a picture-in-picture window when you leave the app. Devices now check for new content from the moment the app opens.

PowerPoint files in every format, including older .ppt decks, slide shows and templates, now show the presentation icon and appear under Presentations in search.

Stability: closing a PDF no longer crashes the app on some older iPads, and a rare crash while displaying a PDF page has been fixed.

Faster start: Yonderly Go now shows the files already on your device as soon as it opens, instead of waiting for the network. On a slow connection you see your content straight away. Removed devices: when your administrator removes this device, the app now deletes the files it downloaded.

Single-file display: when a device has only one file, Yonderly Go now opens it automatically and keeps it on screen. Replace the file and the screen follows; delete it and the file closes. A lone video loops, and you can choose to keep the screen awake. Saving files: a file your administrator marks as downloadable can now be saved from the viewer.

Sign in your way: continue with Apple, Google or Microsoft, use a passkey, or have a sign-in link emailed to you that opens right in the app. Also new: a notification when new files arrive, scheduled files that download ahead of time, fill in PDF forms and email them back, faster downloads, and Report a Problem in the menu.
