Platero Pilot is your all-in-one tool for PBN flight procedure validation — from mission planning to post-flight reporting.
Designed for flight validation pilots and engineers, Platero Pilot streamlines the entire validation workflow into a single, portable app compatible with fixed wing, rotorcraft, VTOL and UAS operations.
Plan:
Organize and manage your flight validation campaigns. Define missions, assign procedures and prepare everything before heading to the aircraft.
Load and encode flight procedures directly from the cloud. No third-party database coding required — just import and fly.
Checklist:
Run structured pre-flight checklists to ensure your equipment, configuration and procedures are ready before takeoff. Nothing gets missed.
Monitor:
Track GNSS signal quality in real time during the flight. Stay informed on satellite health, accuracy and logging status throughout the mission.
Validate:
All flight data is recorded and structured to meet ICAO Doc 9906 criteria. Real-time validation feedback is presented through a clear, pilot-friendly interface — so you always know how the procedure is performing.
Reporting:
Generate comprehensive post-flight validation reports automatically. All recorded data is processed and ready for review — no manual work needed.
Platero Pilot is part of the Platero platform by PildoLabs, the proven solution trusted by aviation authorities worldwide.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
This release adds validation checkpoints: drop geo- and time-stamped checkpoints during a session with a single tap, then review or edit them later in the completed campaign.
We've also improved how key screens adapt to iPad orientation and narrower widths for a cleaner layout, along with several stability and display fixes.
Thanks for using Platero Pilot!
