SolarCheck Pro: Solar Reports
Inspections & Proposals
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Turn every solar site visit into a professional report or proposal before you leave the driveway. SolarCheck Pro is built for solar companies that need faster site visits and for home inspectors adding a profitable solar service. Inspect, document, and deliver a branded report the same day.
FOR SOLAR COMPANIES
Walk the site, document the array, and hand the homeowner a customer ready proposal on the spot. Log defects on annotated photo cards so nothing gets lost between the roof and the office. Compare measured production against PVWatts estimates so customers see real output next to what they were promised. Every report carries your logo and contact details.
FOR HOME INSPECTORS
Add a solar inspection service worth $275 to $350 per visit. Certification training is included, so you can learn the method and start offering it right away. The app works offline on roofs with no signal, and your report is ready the same day.

BUILT BY AN INSPECTOR
SolarCheck Pro was built by Karl Stump, a working home inspector in Hawaii. Every feature came from real jobs on real roofs, not a software lab.
A SolarCheck Pro business account at solar.codeproapp.com is required to use this app.
