Prismical is a full AI note taker - not just a meeting recorder. Record a lecture, a client call, a voice memo on the walk home, or a two-minute brain dump. Prismical transcribes it while you talk, then writes it up: summary, decisions, action items.
And it is a real notes app underneath. Type when you would rather type. Folders, tags, search and sync are all there - recording just means you never have to type out the part you already said.
FREE AND PRO
Every feature is free to use, including AI write-ups, Skills, Ask AI, sharing, and connecting your own AI provider key. What the Free plan limits is volume: 600 minutes of cloud transcription a month.
Prismical Pro raises that limit for heavy users. Nothing else is locked behind it.
Prismical Pro is US$14.00/month or US$119.99/year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

MEETINGS, WITHOUT THE BOT
Nothing joins your call. No "a recording assistant has entered the meeting". Connect Google Calendar and your day appears on the home screen, so you can tap a meeting and start a note attached to it. Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or a kitchen table - Prismical records from your device, and nobody else sees a thing.

ON EVERY DEVICE
Your notes sync with the Prismical web and desktop apps. Start a note in the hallway on your phone and finish it at your desk. Notes are kept on the device too, so you can read and write with no connection and it catches up when you are back.
PRIVACY
- Recordings are sent to Prismical to produce your transcript. What is kept, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy below.
- AI write-ups, Skills and Ask AI send the note's text to OpenAI, which does not use it for training. Turn it off in Settings > Privacy.
- No ads, and no advertising trackers
- You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time
