Notula 1.2.1 • Signing in through your organisation now says so, with your work email fixed on the form. • Your account joins your organisation as soon as your email is verified. No second sign-in needed.

Notula 1.2.0 introduces Notula for Organisations. • Sign in through your organisation with your work email. Use Microsoft when your organisation has connected Entra, or email where supported. • Use Pro access provided by your organisation. Your notes remain private unless you explicitly share them. • A clearer sign-in screen and an account icon that reflects how you signed in. • Discarding a recording now asks for confirmation, helping prevent accidental deletion. • Refreshed Settings with clearer account, plan and privacy controls, a dedicated password screen, and easier access to Notula for Organisations. • Clear offline and connection-error messages during sign-in. Retry without re-entering your email address.

• Keep your recording through interruptions: if a phone call or other audio comes in, recording pauses safely and you resume right where you left off with a tap. • A calmer, cleaner screen while your transcript is being prepared.

We've made some accessibility updates: • Bigger tap targets for the show/hide password and close buttons. • The recording timer and the welcome tour now follow your text size setting. • VoiceOver now reads the app in the language you picked, not your device language.

Reliability improvements for Enhanced Security: • Your encrypted meetings now stay reliably accessible when you use more than one account on the same device. • Fixed a case where an encrypted transcript could appear empty. Enhanced Security - encrypt your meetings with a key only you hold. When you turn it on (Settings → Enhanced Security), your transcripts and summaries are stored encrypted, unreadable in our systems and backups without your key.
