Speak your mind for a minute — the AI listens, transcribes, and writes it up as a clean, faithful entry in your own words. Prefer to write? You can type entries too, or use quick, private on-device transcription.

Your journal is end-to-end encrypted. Entries live on your device, and if you turn on cloud sync, the server only ever holds encrypted data it cannot read. No ads, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. Your words belong to you.
FREE TO START
Afterword is free to download and comes with starter credits so you can try everything — voice entries, chat, and weekly summaries. Keep journaling with an optional Plus or Pro subscription (a monthly credit allowance, with monthly or annual billing), and subscribers can top up with non-expiring credit packs.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
