Certifications that come to you • A new Lock Screen widget shows which certifications are expiring soon — without opening the app. • Adding a certification is now as simple as dropping in the certificate PDF. Red Cross certificates fill in the cert number, issuer, and expiration date for you. It happens entirely on your device — the PDF isn't sent anywhere to do it. • Certificates stay attached to the record, and open right in the app. Emergency Action Plans Build your EAP from structured templates, collect staff sign-off, and export a PDF for inspections. Available once your organization turns the module on. Pool fills on your Lock Screen Start a fill and track it from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, so a running hose is never out of sight. Recognition and service anniversaries See your lanyard — name tag, whistle, and beads — and track milestones with "Years of Service" beads as your team hits them. Pick up where you left off Long forms now save as you go. Start a training log on your phone and finish it on the iPad. Also in this release • Fixed a problem where a sign-in link could fail to sign you in. • Fixed an issue where switching accounts on a shared device could briefly show the previous account's data. • Sending a staff member their login is now a button on their profile, with a shareable link and bulk invites. • When a policy changes, staff are asked to re-acknowledge it, so your sign-off records always match the version people actually read. • First and last names are now recorded separately, so names appear correctly on lanyards and rosters. • Fixed duplicate staff records created by roster imports and invitations. • Settings are now split into personal and organization sections.
