Ask your favorite AI about your data.
- Ask your AI: premium and trial members can take a summary of their meals and workouts to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini after confirming. In Settings.
- More accurate photo analysis: drinks like tea and coffee and cooked dishes match their correct calories, and the same photo gives the same result every time.
- Shorter sign-up: signing in with Apple or Google no longer asks for your name; you can change it anytime in Settings.
- Your coach prepares plans as drafts: suggested plans arrive as a draft card first, and nothing changes until you approve.
- Trial summary: when your trial ends, you see a summary of what you achieved, and the monthly cost of the yearly plan is shown on the plan card.
- More accurate ad measurement: anonymous install and subscription measurement was added; your health data is never shared.
- Small fixes: your coach sees the sets you logged this week, the muscle map loads correctly the first time, and cancelling Google sign-in no longer shows an error.

- Under-the-hood update: The frameworks the app is built on have been upgraded (Expo SDK 57, React Native 0.86). No visible features changed; this update keeps the app current and stable.
1.1.0 Sep 22

- The birth year, height and weight steps now warn you at the right time
- Fixed typos in the What's New screen
1.0.26 Sep 11
This release brings the redesigned workout screens to the App Store and fixes two bugs found in the gym.
REDESIGNED WORKOUT SCREENS
A clearer training-day screen: sets, reps and rest now read as plain text instead of a row of icons. An exercise you have started today is tinted green and supersets orange, so you can see where you left off at a glance.
Your best set stays visible on the exercise chart.
The set entry screen has been simplified.
FIXES
The keyboard no longer covers the save button while entering a set. The button is pinned to the bottom of the sheet, so you do not have to scroll down to save. The empty gap in superset rounds is gone as well.
The training day screen updates instantly after you log a set. The completed badge and green highlight no longer require leaving the screen and coming back.
1.0.25 Sep 7
Adding a meal now happens on one screen. Tap Add meal and you can describe what you ate, search, scan a barcode, snap a nutrition label or enter calories and macros yourself, then save several foods at once. Your frequently added foods and repeatable meals are right there without searching, and you can add your last meal with a single tap. We remember your portions, and search results are ranked based on your own habits. Number fields now use the same in-app keypad everywhere. Your language and unit preference no longer gets overridden by your device settings.
1.0.23 Sep 3
Left and right are now read separately
- Separate left/right lines on the estimated 1RM chart: when you train one side at a time, the chart shows each side as its own line next to the combined load; if both sides match it stays a single line. This applies on the exercise detail page and in workout analysis, and all three tabs (weight, volume, 1RM) now use the same scale.
- Log left/right inside a superset round: you can log each side separately for every exercise, with its own RIR if you want. The round sheet no longer clips the cards when the keyboard opens, and scrolling works again.
- Quick actions: a quick action strip now sits at the top of the Today screen, so meal, water, weight, workout and coach are one tap away. The same shortcuts work when you long-press a tab icon or the app icon on your home screen.
- Switch tabs by swiping from the edge: swipe from the left or right edge of the screen to move between tabs; an arrow at the edge shows which way you are heading.
- A heads-up when one side is left empty: if you leave one side blank we tell you before saving, and that day is marked as one side on the chart.
- You can now suggest your own products to the food catalog with a single tap.
We also fixed workout type names, food search and the muscle mapping of forearm exercises.
1.0.22 Aug 28
Calories, protein and steps on the home screen widget now refresh right away, just like water did. Previously only water updated instantly; calories and steps waited until you opened the app or the system ran a background refresh.
1.0.21 Aug 20
The home screen widget can now update your calories, protein, water and steps without opening the app. iOS controls the exact timing, so changes may not always appear instantly. This release also fixes a bug where the widget sometimes showed only a single row.
When you enter a separate RIR for each side, each slider now shows which side it belongs to. Also, opening a saved left/right set for editing used to show the drop set form by mistake; it now opens the same form you logged it with, and both sides can be edited.
1.0.20 Aug 20
The home screen widget is here. See your calories, protein, water and steps without opening the app.
Add the widget to your home screen and it refreshes every time you open the app. Metrics with a target show a progress bar, and your streak shows a flame badge. Available in small, medium and large.
1.0.17 Aug 18
Left/right entry rebuilt: both sides now share one row, each side can have its own RIR, and you can log just one side.
The weight chart now adds both sides together, removing the fake drop seen when older sets were logged as one combined value. Plateau and record detection follow the same rule.
Every number field opens a compact in-app keypad.
Fixes: scrolling in long exercise lists, the keyboard in the add-set sheet, and the monthly plan not showing on the subscription screen.
1.0.16 Aug 17
New workout analytics screen: volume, intensity and progress indicators; comparison against your previous session, same day or best session; muscle breakdown, weekly tonnage and an estimated 1RM chart, all in one place.
Separate left/right set entry: for unilateral exercises, log your right and left sets separately and see the asymmetry between them on the analytics screen.
RIR-based adaptive rest: with the new opt-in mode, rest between sets extends based on how close to failure you were.
Add meals to past days: if you forgot to log a meal, you can now go back to a past day and add it there.
Minor improvements: the birth date step in onboarding now explains why an entry is invalid; interface language and muscle labels are more consistent.
1.0.15 Aug 14
Muscle heatmap is now on mobile
In the new screen under My Plan > Workout, see how much you trained each muscle over the last 7, 14 or 30 days on a body figure.
Your water goal is now a range
Instead of one fixed number you now get a range that fits you; reaching the lower end completes your goal, and going above it is fine.
1.0.13 Aug 5
Apple Health sync accuracy fix: when you use iPhone and Apple Watch together, your steps and active energy are now totaled correctly; double counting and missing readings are fixed. Past days update automatically after you update.

- Clearer hints during onboarding (height, weight and goal steps)
- Completed English translations across the app
- Instant workout card refresh on the Today screen

- Smoother scrolling and response editing in coach chat.
- Account and trial security hardened, plus general stability improvements.
1.0.9 Jul 10
We improved the coach experience. Chat is now smoother and better organized, with your messages and the coach's replies shown from the top in the right order. When you ask to change your program, the coach presents a new draft for your approval before applying it. We also made various bug fixes and stability improvements.
1.0.8 Jul 9
In this update:
• Daily streak: Log every day and grow your streak — 1 monthly freeze means missing a single day won't break it.
• Badges: 13 badges for streaks, records and milestones (Settings → My Badges).
• Personal record celebration: When you beat your all-time best, the app celebrates with you.
• Weekly recap: Your workouts, volume, protein and weight summary arrives every Sunday evening.
• "Pain" added to check-in: Report sharp/local pain separately — your coach warns you against risky training.
• New share cards: Share your streak, records and weekly recap with one tap.
• Stability improvements and bug fixes.
Have a great workout!
