iPhone
Your own voice, your way back. Now with a calmer breathing reset, soft ocean sound, and a lock-screen widget — one tap when it hits.
Torna is for the moment a wave hits — a spike of panic, a surge of anxiety, the floor tilting underfoot.
It's built for right now, not the aftermath. When you're activated and need to come back to yourself, one tap on Bring Me Back gives you two things, fast:
- Breath — a short guided reset to settle your nervous system, with soft ocean sound, gentle tones and simple cues you can follow with your eyes closed
- Your own voice — steadying words you recorded while you were calm, playing back the moment you need them most
Your anchor, made with Ari
Ari is an AI guide who helps you find the words. A few gentle questions about what the moment feels like and what brings you back, and Ari hands you a short, speakable script to record in your own voice — anchoring, never scolding.
Always there when it hits
- Lock-screen widget: one tap to breathe, then your voice — no hunting for the app
- Bring Me Back is always free. Your own voice is never locked behind a paywall.
Private by design
Your recordings stay on your device — never uploaded, never heard by anyone else. There are no accounts and no sign-ups. Back up your anchors to a file you keep (Files, iCloud Drive) so they're never lost when you change phones. The words you type to Ari are processed securely to write replies; your voice recordings never are.
Free, and Premium
Start free: build your first anchor with Ari, use the breathing reset, and use Bring Me Back as often as you need.
Torna Premium lets you go deeper:
- As many anchors as you need, for different moments
- A loved one's or your therapist's voice
- Unlimited time with Ari to shape your words
- Soft ocean waves beneath your voice
- A quiet record of every time you've brought yourself back
—
Torna is a wellbeing tool for self-care and calm. It is not therapy, not medical or psychological treatment, and not an emergency or crisis service. Ari is an AI, not a person or a counsellor. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line — in New Zealand, call or text 1737 any time to talk with a trained counsellor, or call 111 in an emergency.
Torna Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
