ALLINYA doesn't give you one more checkbox.
She works on what really makes you evolve:
Your way of thinking, your environment, your environment, your discipline.
YOUR ALTER EGO
Created in the image of your current version, it evolves with each
Mission accomplished. Your progress is no longer a number.
CHOOSE YOUR NEXT FIGHT
Stop smoking, get back to sports, lose weight,
Read more, meditate, reduce social networks, get up earlier.
One goal at a time. Every day, a concrete mission
Adapted to your real situation.
SUPPORT WHEN IT'S DIFFICULT
A "I feel like I'm going to crack" button: three actions to do now, right away, and then you say if you've held on. Both answers are accepted.
A COMMUNITY THAT MOVES FORWARD WITH YOU
Join people who pursue the same goal.
Copy the routines of those who inspire you, share yours,
Advance in a group rather than alone.
YOUR PROGRAMS, YOUR MEALS, YOUR SHOPPING
Custom programs generated according to your level.
Plan your recipes for the week and get your list
Of shopping ready to take away.
FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS
Success Series, XP and Levels, Detailed Statistics
By habit and by day. Apple Health synchronization: your steps, sleep and workouts check themselves. The rest, you validate it in a gesture.
ALLINYA - All In Your Attitude.
