Mac
The only application you need on your feet in court. Collate your exhibits in one place, stamp them and disclose them. You don't upload to your documents anywhere.
BundleBuilder — Court Exhibit Bundles
BundleBuilder is a native Mac app for assembling exhibit bundles for use in court. Drag in your PDFs, number them, date them, add section dividers and document types, and BundleBuilder generates an index automatically. Export the entire bundle as a single merged PDF — ready to file, share, or print. Flexible enough for most jurisdictions
Everything happens on your Mac. Your documents never leave your device unless you choose to export or print them.

DESIGNED FOR USE IN COURT
BundleBuilder is built for use both in preparation and on your feet in court. Navigate instantly to any document or page, search across the entire bundle in real time, step through your page history with the toolbar arrows, and move from one document to the next in the index — just like turning pages in a physical bundle. Your private notes and annotations for each document are always at the bottom of the screen, invisible to every other party.
FOR THE BUNDLE BOSS
Every bundle has a Bundle Boss — the person responsible for the document and page numbering, typically whoever the court ordered to prepare the bundle. The Bundle Boss sets a password, locks the numbering once all parties have agreed it, and BundleBuilder records every change in a timestamped audit trail.
After locking, new documents can still be added at the end for late disclosure. Multi-volume bundles are supported: set the starting document number on Part 2 and numbering runs on seamlessly from Part 1. Each volume maps neatly to a separate lever arch file or binder for hard-copy preparation.
EXHIBIT STAMPS
Add a court exhibit stamp to the first page of each document — numbered (1, 2, 3…) or lettered (A, B, C…) — with your choice of header, title, footer, background colour, and corner placement. Stamps are burned into the exported PDF as crisp vector graphics and appear exactly as shown in the preview.
COLLABORATION VIA ICLOUD
Save your bundle to iCloud Drive and share the folder. Each party opens the same file on their own Mac. When someone saves a change, iCloud syncs it within seconds. If two people save at the same moment, macOS shows a conflict-resolution dialog so nothing is lost.
Import documents directly from another bundle using File › Import from Bundle (⇧⌘I). Select what you need, choose which section to put it in, and BundleBuilder copies the PDFs with their dates, types, and notes preserved.
PRIVATE ANNOTATIONS
Every person who works on a bundle can keep their own private highlights, boxes, and sticky notes for each document — plus private tab notes for witnesses and topics. Those notes are stored in a separate companion file on your own Mac. They are never written into the shared bundle and are never visible to any other party.
When you export, your annotations stay private by default. You choose explicitly each time whether to include them.
