Vault Improvements - Full-text search now searches note content when the vault is unlocked; a banner shows whether you're in locked or unlocked search mode - "Shared with me" and "By me" filter chips added to the Vault list (icon-only on mobile, icon + label on desktop) - Password entries now show Notes in the same ruled notebook style as Secure Notes - Tapping "Unlock vault to view note/password" in a locked entry now opens the PIN prompt directly - works on both mobile and desktop Documents & IDs - "Shared with me" and "By me" filter chips added to Documents and IDs lists Account / Sign-up - If you try to sign up with an email that already has an account, the app now redirects you to the sign-in screen with your email pre-filled and a friendly message - instead of showing a confusing error - iOS sign-up no longer incorrectly triggers the CAPTCHA check Bug Fixes - Category dropdown label no longer overlaps the selected value on Safari - Upload failures caused by a missing server config are resolved (file size limit now correctly applied)

More categories — Receipts now include Insurance, Subscriptions, Education, Personal Care, Home & Garden, Kids & Baby, and Pets. Documents add Tax, Employment, Travel, and Government. Vault adds Finance, Insurance, Utilities, Government, Developer, and Security. Favorites filter on desktop — The star Favorites button now appears in the toolbar on desktop for Documents, IDs, and Vault, matching the mobile experience. Vault category icons fixed — All vault categories now show their correct icon instead of a generic key. Own app icon at launch — The splash screen now shows the OnMyWeb icon on a white background instead of the default Capacitor branding. Upload fix — Fixed a server issue that was causing photo uploads to fail with "Upload failed. Please try again." Scan page redesigned — Camera and Library on the first row; PDF, Multi-page, and Manual on the second. Cleaner and easier to reach. Force Update Protection The app now checks for the latest version on launch and prompts you to update if a newer version is available on the App Store, keeping your experience secure and up to date. Auto Logout After Inactivity For your security, the app now automatically logs you out after 10 minutes of inactivity — including when your phone is locked or the app is in the background. Storage & Upload Limits The app now enforces your plan limits before upload across all sections — Receipts, Documents & IDs, and Vault — with clear messaging when a limit is reached. Combined Documents & IDs Limit Documents and IDs now share a single pool (15 total on the free plan), consistent with what's shown on your profile page. Share Icons on Mobile The sharing indicator icon now appears inline next to the document or ID title on mobile, matching the desktop experience. Dashboard Navigation Tapping a recent receipt or document on the dashboard now navigates directly to the corresponding section.
