Speed and reliability The Sales screen opens without freezing, and moving between Leads, Estimates, Bids and Jobs stays smooth. Fixture and hole counts on an estimate save reliably when you tap quickly. A balance of a few cents can now be paid off. Customers A rebuilt customer page, with the contact details of their open jobs and a contact footer that stays put on the job. A Street View photo of the house on the customer and job pages. One customer log shared by the app and the office portal, reachable from the job. A phone number now offers to text as well as call. Correcting an address updates it everywhere, including the photo. Estimates, jobs and money The deposit and the discount now belong to the invoice, and a discount can be a percentage. Raise a change order from a warranty callback. Half hour visit starts, and a visit is recorded where the customer is. Price book add-ons can be switched on and off and stay that way. Health reports A clearer area to fixture to check layout, the tank nameplate and pressure reading, and a missing photo prompt that is impossible to miss. Throughout, pop-ups are now bottom sheets, which also fixes entering money on Android.

Report a problem by taking a screenshot. The app picks it up and lets you add a note. Follow-ups now record the day you actually called, not the next call you booked. Raise a deficiency from anywhere, with before and after photos, and email the customer a report they can sign off. Your project page shows what happens when, and what is included in your job. Booking a day no longer blocks the days before somebody’s time off. The schedule shows what starts each day instead of repeating every job in progress.

Push notifications are now live. You will get an alert on your phone when a new job is posted for your trade, when you are booked to start tomorrow, when a note or change order needs you, and when you have been paid. Tapping an alert opens the job, bid or statement it is about.
