cakepop is where you find live events and keep the tickets you buy. FOR FANS • Browse what's on sale — search by name, or filter by music, sports, theater, comedy, festival, and family. • Pick your seats on the venue map, or grab general admission. • Check out with Apple Pay or card. Payments are processed by Stripe, and service fees, where they apply, appear in your order summary before you pay. • Every ticket lives in the app with its own QR code, and you can add it to Apple Wallet. • Send a ticket to someone else by email, straight from the ticket. • Get a reminder before doors open and a confirmation the moment you buy. FOR ORGANIZERS • Create an event, set your ticket types and prices, and publish from your phone. • Follow sales as they happen, with page views, unique visitors, and buyer geography. • Issue complimentary tickets and hold seats back. • Scan tickets at the door with your phone's camera. • Manage your team, your venues, and payouts to your own bank account. Tickets bought through cakepop are for real-world events and are used at the venue. Questions? cakepop.io/help

Add-ons, a smarter door, and a direct line to your ticket holders. • Add-ons: parking passes, merch and other extras now sell alongside tickets, with sizes and options. They live in your tickets with their own QR code, transfer like tickets, and scan at the door or the merch table. • Event and on-sale times always show in the event's own time zone. • Switching accounts on a shared phone no longer shows the previous account's tickets. For organizers: • Message every ticket holder about weather, doors or parking. Preview it, send yourself a test, then watch it go out with a live progress bar you can stop. • Tell ticket holders about add-ons, as marketing or as an event announcement. • Scanner modes: choose tickets, add-ons or both, and pin specific tiers, so the parking scanner never admits a ticket by mistake. Shared scan links carry the same scope. • Move an event that's already selling, and every ticket holder is told. • Mark add-ons as non-taxable.
