Why the players surname is different? How can I change it to become like a NBA surnames?

However something seems buggy with injuries. Injury time isn’t changing as I sim games and when a player is injured and minutes are adjusted it won’t let me confirm the minutes change(my guess is due to the now-injured player being “rostered”
