When something happens again, log it on the original record with “It Happened Again.” A filed note returns to the board. Record details now include an occurrence summary and timeline, with undo for the latest recurrence. Filter and sort recurring records, and see recurrences and affected records in your 7-day or 30-day review. Backups now include the full event history. Preview differences before restoring; merge keeps the local version of conflicting records. Export a current backup before replacing your data. History that older versions never saved is not reconstructed. All these features are free. The existing Pro one-time purchase remains unchanged.

Send feedback directly from Settings → Help & Feedback, with an optional reply email and no mail setup required. Failed submissions keep your draft. Added help and App Store review links, with stronger tests for purchases, restores, and access after refunds. Existing free features and the Pro one-time purchase remain unchanged.

Optional one-time Pro unlocks a privacy lock, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for your current rule, plus extra reminders. Recording, the board, review, export, and backup stay free. No account or server required.

Your records are safer and easier to find. v1.1.0 moves data to local file storage with a previous-generation fallback, adds complete JSON backup with merge or replace restore, searches across titles and review details, and lets you undo a deletion. Your records and backups remain under your control, with no account or server required.

Review gains a Last 4 Periods trend chart that compares notes logged and filed in each period side by side, so change is visible at a glance. Action rules can now be pinned as your Current Rule, kept in sight at the top of Review and Prevention Cards, with one tap back to the source record.

Review is now period-based: switch between the last 7 or 30 days, see notes logged and filed side by side, and compare with the previous period. When a pattern emerges, Review surfaces it and builds an action rule you can tap to jump back to its source record. The board gains a Board Focus metric and a tappable Recent Pattern hint that opens Review.

Added record editing. You can now update the title, what happened, cause, prevention note, category, and severity from the reflection detail page, so each note can keep improving as you review it.

Added lightweight export. You can now export all records or a single record as Markdown or plain text, then share it through the system share sheet to Files, Notes, or other apps.

Added a local weekly review reminder. You can turn it on from the Review tab and choose the weekday and time. Reminders are scheduled on device and do not require an account or server.

Improved the first-run experience: new installs no longer preload sample notes, the empty board now guides your first note, and saving a note returns to the board with confirmation.
