What's new in Medicotoon 1.3:
• Question Bank tab: the question banks now have their own tab in the bottom bar.
• Annotate your books: draw, highlight, add text and images, and record voice notes right on PDF pages. Bookmark pages and jump straight to any page.
• Mini video player: keep a lesson playing in a small floating player while you browse the app or read a book.
• Better fullscreen video: change speed and quality without leaving fullscreen.
• Books load faster, and you can pull down to refresh the list.
• Bug fixes and performance improvements.
