It greets you by name and explains things in plain words. • Check in from Hive Chat: "How are you feeling?" puts a guided breath, a note for your next session, the mood check and the body map one tap away. • Lab results: every report now shows a clear table — your result, the normal range, your previous reading and a small trend. • Check-ins are listed newest first with plain dates, and mood and body maps open full size. • Medicines: Snooze a dose reminder. • For doctors and therapists: the AI is now called Hive Chat everywhere and wears the same mark; "Hive suggests" cards on Needs you (rebook, a measure due, the next session, a fee note); Dictate a note and Type a note sit right on the chart; booked sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled from the chart; the next session folds into a small pill; "Refresh prep" is clearly labelled; and you can link Google Calendar from an appointment. • For clinicians trying Medichive: sample patients are marked "sample" on Today, the schedule, notifications and the chart, so practice data is never mistaken for a real person. • Many smaller fixes to wording, dates and loading states.

For you and your family • Sign-up asks for your phone with its country code, keeps your date of birth sensible and links the privacy policy. Phone numbers typed with spaces or dashes are accepted. • Signing up or signing in with Apple or Google now shows what you agree to, with a link to the privacy policy, on both Sign up and Sign in. • Sign up with Apple and your name carries over to your profile. • Setup picks up where you left off and can take your allergies. If finishing setup fails, it opens again next time instead of being skipped. • Before iOS asks about notifications, a short note says what they're for. For clinicians • Apply and start straight away: your workspace opens with sample patients while we check your registration. Real patients open once the check is done, usually within a day. • Coming back to your preview workspace? Enter the same email and password when you apply and your workspace opens again. • Psychologists and counsellors see "clients" rather than "patients" across the preview workspace. • If your application isn't approved, the workspace says so and lets you apply again. If your email still needs confirming, a line asks you to and offers Resend. • If an email already has an account, the message says so and takes you straight to Sign in. • Each tab opens with its own title, with notifications and your account at the top. Today shows the date and how many sessions you have. • Schedule keeps its title and dates in view, and your day is sized to fit beneath them. • Charts and Fees & income use calmer neutral colours in light and dark. • Applying to practice has clearer labels and a calm wait if you retry too fast.

What's new For clinicians • A redesigned patient chart for psychiatrists, psychologists and counsellors, in five steps: Session, History & exam, Diagnosis & plan, Assessments and Records. The session step gathers the prep, what changed since the last session, symptoms now and your notes; History & exam folds into one accordion with the previous exam beside today's; the plan card records what kind of step each item is and where it stands; Assessments shows each measure's next step, reminders and, for prescribers with the medication tools on, medication monitoring; Records brings reports, results, medicines and who has access into one list. • A new Today tab opens your day: safety flags first, your next session with a short brief Hive prepares from the record, messages AI drafts for you to read and edit before sending (with a few seconds to undo), what has changed since you last looked, and the patients who have drifted away. Ask a question about your caseload from the top, or search a patient by name. • A time a patient asks for now says whether it is a video call or in person, and you can confirm or change that when you accept it. Accepting a video session adds the meeting link. • A time a patient asks for now shows on their chart as a banner with Accept, Decline and Suggest another, and the notification opens straight to it. • Schedule a session from a patient's chart with the calendar button beside Ask Hive. Scheduling offers free slots from your consulting hours, a duration and mode, and repeats. • A Previous exam sheet compares today's mental status exam with an earlier one, so you can reuse any part of it. • Closing out a session stays on the chart until you finish it. • Marking a payment received: pick the method, then tap Save. A stray tap no longer records it. • Private notes show when they were created and last updated, and a medication change can carry more than one reason. • A referral to a colleague offers edit access by default. • Discard a draft session note you no longer need. A note you open and leave empty is removed instead of waiting to be signed, and an empty note can't be signed. • Mark a safety flag reviewed in one tap, with an optional note on what you did. • Turning off sample data in Profile now hides the sample caseload instead of deleting it, and turning it back on brings the same charts back. REFER A PATIENT TO A COLLEAGUE You can now refer a patient to another clinician from their chart, and follow what happens next without chasing anyone. • Write the reason, mark it urgent if it is, and send • Before you send, the compose sheet shows exactly which sections your colleague will be able to read — and it can never offer more than you hold yourself • Your colleague sees the referral in Share requests and can take the case or decline • When they reply, you are told, and tapping the notification opens the referral itself rather than dropping you on the roster • Taking the case does not grant access on its own: the record's owner is asked, and decides Referrals between colleagues also feed a short list of the clinicians you have worked with, so inviting someone you already know takes one tap. ACCESSIBILITY • The body map now reads its marks aloud. Every region on the map says its own name and how strongly it is marked, so a marked area can be found, read and changed without sight — including on the read-only view a clinician sees when reading a result • Three pieces of small text, including the medical disclaimer on the sign-in screens, were too faint to read comfortably and are now darker FIXED • The quick check-in button sometimes opened on the breathing exercise alone, with the rest of your check-ins missing until you closed it and opened it again. It now opens on everything that is there • The top of a patient's chart repeated their name twice and sat too close to the status bar. The card has room now, and says the name once • Notifications about a referral landed on the client list instead of the referral they were about

Connecting Google Calendar now works from your phone. Allowing access in Google used to end on a page saying you weren't signed in, and nothing was connected. Now the connection completes, the browser closes itself, and Medichive tells you what happened — connected, not finished, or nothing connected if you declined. Before you start, the screen explains the three steps, and it reads properly in dark mode. This version also carries everything added since 1.0.2: FIXED • Opening a record from a patient's chart could close the app. • Back now returns where you came from inside a record, instead of jumping out to the patient list. • A pending family share is no longer described backwards. FASTER • The Doctors and Records tabs open from what's already loaded instead of waiting on the network. • Appointments, Care journey, Lab results and the Records timeline are now tiles that show what's next at a glance. CLINICAL • Clients and Requests cards lead with the person and say what needs attention. • Psychiatry: symptom onset and course, searchable history, adverse-effect history, bedside cognition tests, and more rating scales. • Consulting hours you set, so clients can request a time that suits you. • Private notes on why a medication changed, visible only to you. A big update for clinicians, and a clearer first week. GETTING STARTED • Every clinician now gets a "Getting started" checklist for their first week — meet your sample patient, ask Hive a question, invite your first patient, then run a normal day. Dismiss it whenever you like; you can always bring it back. • New "Help & getting started" section: a short guide to what each tab holds, what Hive is, how inviting a patient works, and where the sample data comes from. • Every chart tab now opens with a one-line explanation, and the Overview tiles have a "What these numbers mean" panel. PLAINER WORDS • "Encounters" is now "Visit notes" and "Requests" is now "Share requests", in the app and in what you share with patients. • The roster filters say what they mean: "Not checking in", "Quiet 2 weeks+", "On a repeating assessment". INVITING A PATIENT • The invite is now a ready-written message you can send on WhatsApp, email or the share sheet, with a QR code for in person and an optional personal note your patient sees. • You can see the invite links you have sent and withdraw any of them. Asking for a link again reuses the one already out rather than making another. • Before signing up, your patient now sees exactly which sections the link opens, including the one you can add to. PSYCHIATRY AND PSYCHOLOGY • The mental-health chart is now a session: Session, History & exam, Diagnosis & plan, Assessments and Records. • A full psychiatric history, a twelve-domain mental state exam with bedside cognition tests, a diagnostic formulation, and the AIMS and Bush-Francis rating scales. • Outcomes, week view, safety flags and repeating assessments sit where the session flow expects them. APPOINTMENTS AND CALENDAR • Reschedule or cancel straight from the appointment card. • Connect your Google Calendar: appointments land in it, a video session gets a meeting link, and notifications open the event itself. • Tentative slots are shown as awaiting a reply instead of looking confirmed. RECORDS AND PRESCRIPTIONS • Tap any trend to open it full size on a real time axis. • Prescription review is more careful: medicines you adopt survive the next save, edits no longer re-date a report, and dose reminders follow what was actually prescribed. ACCESSIBILITY • Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels and larger tap targets throughout, with system tab and navigation bars. This is the first update since Medichive arrived on the App Store, and it is mostly about two things: what you agreed with your clinician, and knowing what you are sharing before you share it. SAFETY PLANS Your clinician can now write down, in your own words, what helps in a difficult moment — warning signs, what helps on your own, people and places that help, who to ask, professionals and crisis lines, and making your space safer. You can open your plan any time from your check-ins. It also opens right where the crisis helplines appear inside a check-in, so you never have to go looking for it. Medichive does not monitor your safety plan. In an emergency, call 112, or Tele-MANAS on 14416. SEE WHAT YOU'RE SHARING When a clinician asks for access, the request now lists every section it would open — including your check-in answers — before you accept. If a clinician was given access when you claimed a record they created for you, that access is now listed on its own, so you can find it and change it. CHECK-IN REMINDERS A reminder you set for yourself can be moved: change the time, change the days, and it keeps its history instead of starting over. FOR CLINICIANS Write and update a client's safety plan from their chart, beside the safety flags it answers. See how much of what each check-in schedule sent has come back, across your whole caseload rather than one chart at a time.
