The Udder Dairy
Dairy Fleet & Delivery Manager
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
The Udder Dairy is the daily operations hub for dairy facilities running on The Udder Way platform. If you manage a dairy, this is your app.
THE BIGGER PICTURE
The Udder Way is a global platform replacing single-use plastic packaging with reusable kegs. We already have an existing app on the App Store — The Udder Way (live since 2022) — which handles the basics: venues scan kegs to check expiry dates, and drivers use it to confirm simple deliveries. That app was built for light, everyday use.
As our dairy partner network grew worldwide, we needed something built specifically for running a dairy. The Udder Dairy is purpose-built for dairy staff — the people filling kegs, building delivery runs, managing customer accounts, and tracking a fleet of hundreds of kegs every single day.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Fleet Management — Track every keg across your entire operation. See what is filled, out for delivery, being cleaned, or overdue. Scan any keg with your camera to pull up its full history in seconds.
Delivery Runs — Build delivery runs right in the app. Add customer stops, assign kegs, and dispatch your driver — all from one screen. Follow the run live on a map as deliveries happen.
Customer Management — Keep your full venue account list in one place. View delivery histories, manage keg allocations, and see exactly what each customer has on site.
Staff Management — View and manage your dairy floor staff and their assigned roles.
Cleaning and Batch Tracking — Log keg cleaning events, create fill batches, and maintain a full audit trail for traceability and compliance.
Replacement Labels — Issue new QR labels for damaged or worn kegs without losing any tracking history.
ESG Reporting — See how many single-use plastic bottles your keg operation has replaced, updated in real time.
Real-Time Messaging — Talk to drivers mid-run and communicate with venue contacts directly from the app.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This app is only for staff at dairy facilities registered with The Udder Way. There is no public sign-up — accounts are issued directly by The Udder Way. If you are a new dairy partner, get in touch at tech@theudderway.com.
This is not the right app for venues, consumers, or delivery drivers. Those users have their own dedicated apps within the TUW platform.
