Invoice straight from the job site Once a customer approves a quote, you can tap Invoice to create a PDF invoice with a payment QR code and send it by WhatsApp, SMS, or email. The invoice keeps the same number as the quote, so payments stay matched to the right job. Never forget to chase payment Quotes that stay unapproved for 3 days, or approved but still unpaid, are now flagged in your quote list so you can follow up faster. Important fixes Quotes no longer start with a sample customer name. If you try to send a quote without a name, the app will ask first. Approved quotes are now locked, preventing accidental edits after your customer has already seen them.
