ProPort is the field app built for water treatment sales reps. Survey a facility, capture equipment details and water quality readings on-site, then walk out with a professional proposal — all from your phone. SURVEYS IN 30 MINUTES Structured forms guide you through every system at a facility — cooling towers, boilers, chillers, and closed loops. Capture operating conditions, water quality readings, and observations while you're standing in the mechanical room. EQUIPMENT TRACKING Log every piece of equipment with make, model, capacity, runtime, operating pressure, and flow rates. Add photos directly from your camera. All data syncs instantly to your account. CHEMICAL PROGRAM CALCULATOR Attach chemicals to specific systems and ProPort automatically calculates: • Makeup water usage (gallons per year) • Chemical dosage (lbs or gallons per year) • Annual chemical cost Uses industry-standard formulas — evaporation rate, cycles of concentration, blowdown, and drift — so your numbers are always defensible. PROPOSALS ON THE GO Turn survey data into a professional water treatment proposal. Generate AI-written proposal content from your survey data, or write your own. Download and share the final PDF directly from the app. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Works on iPhone — optimized for one-handed use • Dark mode supported • All your surveys and proposals sync across web and mobile • Secure login — your account works on both proport.app and the mobile app
