fix some bugs

What's New in 1.0.25 NEW • Give a lent asset away for good: from "Manage lending", give the assets to the borrower or to someone else instead of bringing them back. The gift is approved as usual and completed with a signed handover letter. • Follow the gift on the lending: the request, the handover letter and each approval step in one place. IMPROVED • A new server: sign in once more after updating. Your password stays the same.

What's New in 1.0.23 NEW • Scan or pick assets on every form: sales, leases, exchanges, gifts, liquidations and repair orders let you scan QR stickers one after another, or pick from the list. Each scan says why an asset can't be added, and a worn sticker's code can be typed in. • The contract's steps on the approval timeline: issued, sent to the customer, accepted or cancelled, signed, paid and closed, each with its date and who did it. Instalment sales show what is paid, what is overdue and what is due next. • Every approval step says how long it took, and the step under way how long it has been waiting. • Company heads who oversee several companies can switch between them and approve in each. • Evaluators can hand valuation lines to a helper, then accept, send back or correct their work. • Narrow the land register to one province, and see every parcel's outline on a satellite map. IMPROVED • A clearer date picker everywhere, with shortcuts and a month-and-year jump. • Leases show how long they run beside their dates. • Land is a tile at the top of the home screen. • A new app icon. FIXED • A lease can't end before today. • The asset filter's Apply button no longer sits under the iPhone home bar. • The land filter counts every kind of land.

What's New in 1.0.22 NEW • Reject with a voice message: record up to three minutes explaining why you turned down a sale, lease, gift, liquidation, exchange, loan, transfer, assignment or quotation. The requester plays it where the reason is shown. • See what became of the assets after approval: the timeline ends with an Outcome step showing who bought it and payment progress, who is leasing it, where it moved, or when a loan is due back. • Choose sale prices after valuation: pick the evaluator's price, the book value or your own for each item, then send the sale for approval from the phone. • Sell in US dollars or Thai baht, with BCEL's selling rate of the day filled in and the kip amount shown under the total. • Kip values in US dollars on loans, leases, gifts and liquidations, at BCEL's rate of the day the request was raised. IMPROVED • The sale's approval screen shows who evaluated the items and what they said. • Each sale item shows its sale price and purchase price; the approver can take one item out with a reason. • The home screen greets you by the time of day; tap the company logo to switch company. • A parcel with no location yet opens the map where you are, and drawing shows the length of the side you are placing. • After rejecting a sale or exchange you stay on it; long status lines in the timeline no longer get cut off. FIXED • The CEO and accounting head see approvals waiting in every company. • Foreign-currency sales show totals and gains in the right currency.

What's New in 1.0.21 NEW • Price items for sale on the phone: an evaluator goes through each item's condition checklist, takes its photos and sets its condition and price on a slider around the suggested price; several items at once, or scan an item's QR code to jump to it. • Hand your approvals to someone for a period, or with no end date: sales, leases, loans, liquidations, repairs, moves and assignments, with each step showing who they signed for. • Draw a parcel's boundary on the map: place corners at the crosshair, then drag, add or remove them. The area is compared with the title deed and overlaps with other parcels are flagged. • Pin an asset's location on the map, or use your phone's location, instead of typing coordinates; move the pin later if needed. • reference rates: prices in US dollars on the asset list, the USD and THB rates of the purchase date on the asset screen, and the rate offered when entering an exchange rate. FIXED • Editing an asset keeps its kip value and exchange rate unless the price changed. • Internal transfer notifications open the transfer. • The first approval step of a loan goes to the company head. • The asset screen updates right after filling in title deed details.

What's New in 1.0.20 NEW • Loans from start to finish: renew a loan through the same approvals, take assets back with the condition of each item, photos and a note, and see every step in one history. • Reminders 30 days and 7 days before a loan ends, and every week once it is overdue. • Find an asset by the person holding it: search the asset list by name or staff number. • Land outlines on the map, labelled with the area, with the drawn area, deed area, perimeter and the difference between them. • The holder's confirmation photo beside their name, with the date they confirmed, and their handover documents under the assignment. • Swipe through an asset's photos full screen, or tap a thumbnail to jump to one. IMPROVED • New lending screens: a step-by-step form with recent borrowers, camera documents and QR scanning of several stickers in a row; a project is now optional. The list shows what is on loan, sorted by due date, with overdue loans flagged. • The asset list shows fixed assets and items together when it opens. • The holder's photo or initials beside their name. • Land areas and values grouped with thousands separators. • An empty field now says "Missing data". FIXED • Assets held by a department show the department's name. • Overdue loans can be returned or renewed. • The asset picker on a new loan no longer overflows as it closes.

What's New in 1.0.19 NEW • Land and buildings on a map. A parcel or building shows a satellite picture of where it is, with its coordinates, directions in Google Maps and a copy button. Tap it for a full-screen map of the company's other land and buildings, and tap a marker to see the deeds at that spot. • Export staff reports to Excel, with the same columns as the web. IMPROVED • Staff reports can be finished on the phone: pick the category, sub-category and location, correct what the reporter entered while keeping the original visible, and see what stands in the way before you approve. • The report queue has separate tabs for approved and rejected reports, search by item, serial number, code, reporter or staff number, and a filter by kind. • The Movement tab is now an Asset Management menu called Manage, grouped under Use & care, Disposal & lending and Reports, with every name in full. • An Asset survey button in the menu for the people who decide staff reports. FIXED • Assets approved from a staff report keep their unit. • The last row of the menu no longer sits under the navigation bar. • A new assignment no longer offers assets already waiting on a request. • An asset held by a department must be returned before it can be requested for a person. • A request made at the same moment as someone else's says the asset is already assigned.

What's New in 1.0.18 NEW • A report for the whole register. The Report tile in Movement opens one screen with five headings — Overview, Intake & QR, Where, Who holds, and Sales & leases — for a day, a week, a month or dates you pick, and for one company or all of them. • See who has not confirmed the assets they hold — how many, for how long and worth how much — and send each of them a reminder with one button. • A land register. Deeds and the buildings on them, grouped by village. Merge deeds, fill in their details from the deed file already attached, record pledges against a parcel, and see where the papers and the records disagree. • Asset transactions report: sales, leases, lending, transfers and assignments for a month, a quarter or a year, with what needs approval or is overdue on its own tab and every transaction in a searchable list. • QR installation report: labels attached each day, what is still waiting, coverage by company and who attached what. • The Statistics tab on the dashboard opens with the assets registered over the day, week or month, the trend behind it, and the latest sale, lease or loan. IMPROVED • Sales no longer stall waiting for the CEO: the quotation is raised once everyone below the CEO has signed, and the CEO is asked once. • The CEO answers a deal review from the approval bar at the bottom of the sale, and a delegate sees whose authority they are signing on. Approving now asks you to confirm. • A sale says what it is actually waiting on. • Approvers are notified when a sale's contract and deal steps reach them. • Assets can be held by a department: its name shows wherever the asset is listed and the department head signs for them. • A handover says whether the holder has confirmed it, and when. • Vehicles, IT and office furniture join the shortcuts above the asset list, and every shortcut filters the list. • An incomplete asset says which section to fill in. • The dashboard's asset total shows how it splits between fixed assets and items. • Text starts one size larger unless you have already picked a size. • Land no longer shows depreciation or warranty rows. FIXED • Notifications reach every phone you are signed in on. • Handover times are no longer recorded seven hours ahead. • A confirmed assignment no longer shows as waiting. • Lost assets and merged deeds are no longer counted as assets on hand. • Asset shortcut counts match the list they open. • "All companies" can be chosen again in the activity feed.

NEW • Text size setting. Four steps in Profile — normal through to very large — with each option drawn at the size it sets, so you can see what you are choosing. IMPROVED • Confirming an asset is yours now asks for a photo. Take one or pick one from your gallery; the confirm button stays shut until there is a picture. Nobody asks about a confirmed asset again, so it is worth being sure. Supervisors confirming on someone's behalf are unaffected. • The QR tag is on the asset screen itself rather than behind a menu. • Your own assets now show the old sticker's code alongside the asset code and serial, on the assets that carry one. • Empty fields say they are empty. A blank used to read as a dash, which stated nothing; it now reads as unfilled, in red, so a register with gaps looks like one. Fields that are blank for a reason — an exchange rate on a kip purchase, costs that are genuinely zero — say so instead. • The asset list has its screen back: two full-width rows above it are gone, so assets are visible without scrolling. A new filter finds records missing a code, a department, or a cost or purchase date. • The status chips show how many assets moved into each status over the past month, rather than only the totals as they stand. • The Movement tab carries the count of everything waiting in it, the way the notification bell beside it already does. Assignments, inside transfers and repairs now contribute to that count. • Tapping the My Tasks heading on the home screen opens the tasks list. • Asset edit history records every field an edit moved, not only the thirteen with their own columns. FIXED • An edit that changed nothing is no longer filed as an edit. • A saved edit now appears in the asset's edit history straight away. • A handover date can no longer be set in the future. • The QR sheet header lines up and its buttons stay in view. • The change figure on a status chip refreshes together with the count beside it.

Maintenance on your phone • Raise a repair order from the app instead of going back to the web • The repair queue now shows what is waiting on you rather than everything, and each order shows how far its approval still has to go Asset handover • Claiming now reaches past your own department, so staff with no department on file can use it too • Scan with the camera to jump straight to the item you are claiming Notifications • You are told when a reviewer decides on something you reported • Reviewers are told as soon as something lands in their queue Profile photos • Staff photos now appear on the handover timeline, the asset detail screen and survey rosters Fixes • The "In use" tab no longer hides items that are not fixed assets — it shows every asset somebody is holding • Fixed the old QR code being dropped when saving an asset

What's New in 1.0.15 IMPROVED • Asset Survey — both forms now say what they need. Questions are grouped as required or optional, the photograph moved up to where it is asked for, and the send bar names every answer still outstanding instead of just greying itself out. • Surveys ask for what only the person standing there can supply: a name, a brand, a place and a photograph to report an unlisted item, a photograph and a place to claim one. Serial and old sticker stay optional, with a switch beside each to say there is none. • Claim screens show the asset more clearly — name, codes and category read in one column at any length, the old sticker number is picked out because that is the one printed on the object, and the asset's photograph appears where the register has one. • Edit Profile redesigned. Labels sit above their values, so long names run on one line and wrap rather than stacking against the right edge. Your name is shown once and edited in place, and an empty phone row now reads "Add phone" as something to press. • Maintenance is offered only to staff who can act on it — work orders no longer appear for accounts that hold assets but do not service or approve them. FIXED • Lao text under the survey fields was too small for its vowel and tone marks to render; those help lines now have room above the line. • Maintenance approvals and edits are verified on the server, so an order always records the person who actually approved it and advances one step at a time.

fixes some bugs

fix: some bugs implement performance

• Profile photos • Search assets by serial number • Filter the asset list by project • Lighter, cleaner screens throughout fix: some bugs

Approvals • Approve and Reject now appear only when the document is genuinely on your step. If your turn has not come yet, the screen tells you who it is waiting for and where your approval falls in the chain — instead of showing nothing at all. • A document that was turned down now shows the person who rejected it as having rejected it, with their reason highlighted beside their name. It used to appear as an approval. • Every approval step shows who acted, how long ago, and any comment they left. • My Tasks now includes internal transfers and asset handovers, so everything waiting on you is on one screen, filterable by document type. • Amend & resubmit moved to the top bar, and closes once an approver has signed — so an approval can no longer be erased under its owner. Assets & reports • An asset's history is now one card per document, each saying where that document stands. • Data sweep finds four kinds of missing information, not just missing values, and its headline counts open the assets behind them. • Utilization totals now match the asset list exactly, and say what they leave out. • An asset nobody holds no longer shows a holder. Fixes • Clearing a company chip actually clears it. • A status chip filters the list, not just itself. • The pinned approval queue respects the filter above it.
