IndexOS brings guided troubleshooting, fault codes, diagrams and technical calculators to your smartphone. Built for maintenance technicians, installers and service professionals, it combines five specialist technical references in one app.
FIVE SECTORS, ONE PLACE TO START
• ElectraIQ — Industrial automation: PLCs, variable frequency drives, motors, sensors, communication buses and electrical panels.
• HVACIQ — Heating, ventilation and air conditioning: air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, VRV/VRF systems and ventilation equipment.
• HorecaIQ — Commercial kitchen equipment: ovens, dishwashers, refrigeration, espresso machines and kitchen systems.
• BASIQ — Building automation and security: intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, automatic gates and lighting.

FROM SYMPTOMS TO PRACTICAL CHECKS
Start with a symptom or fault code. Follow troubleshooting paths to identify possible causes and the checks to carry out. Consult manufacturer reference sheets, interactive diagrams and technical tools without constantly switching between documents.
FIND YOUR TOOLS, RESUME YOUR WORK
The bottom navigation bar keeps key features within reach. Use “Resume” to return to your last app and continue an unfinished diagnostic session. The AI assistant provides additional support when exploring technical issues.
CONNECT FIELD WORK WITH THE OFFICE
For businesses using IndexOS Azienda, the Company Area lets technicians collect and share diagnostic results, notes, photos and voice notes linked to service jobs.
TECHNICAL CONTENT AVAILABLE OFFLINE
Access technical content stored on your device without an Internet connection, including diagrams, reference sheets and calculators. The AI assistant and company synchronization require an Internet connection.
