Hit your limit, unlock with intention. Cuewell turns doomscrolling into quick resets: read, breathe, solve a puzzle, or step outside. Cuewell helps you stop doomscrolling and take back your screen time with intentional app locks. Set limits for the apps that steal your attention. When you hit your limit, Cuewell gives you a better choice: complete a quick reset to earn more time. Read something useful, take a mindfulness break, solve a simple puzzle, or step outside before you unlock. Instead of blocking everything forever, Cuewell turns the moment you reach for your phone into a small pause. That pause helps you choose whether you actually want more screen time—or whether you just opened the app out of habit. Use Cuewell to build better digital habits, stay focused, reduce mindless scrolling, and make your phone feel less automatic. WHY CUEWELL WORKS • App locks that help you pause before opening distracting apps • Custom screen time limits for the apps you want to use less • Unlock challenges like reading, mindfulness, puzzles, and going outside • Earned minutes that make extra screen time intentional • Streaks, sessions, and daily wins to keep your momentum visible • A calm, simple design built for real life • Private by design, with a focus on helping you stay in control PERFECT FOR • Reducing doomscrolling • Limiting social media • Building focus • Creating healthier phone habits • Taking mindful breaks • Replacing wasted minutes with intentional time • Turning screen time into something you choose, not something that just happens Cuewell is not about quitting your phone. It is about making your phone a tool again. Lock distracting apps. Complete small challenges. Earn your time back. Take back your attention, one intentional unlock at a time.
