FestivalFriends 2.0 is here, rebuilt from the ground up. • A brand-new Liquid Glass design, made for iOS 27. • Better background location: your crew can still find you when the app is closed. • Now on iPad, and optimised for iPhone Duo. Sign in with your existing account: your username and avatar come with you. Crews start fresh, so create or join your crew again with a code.

Create your own event. Set up a festival, a rave or a house party in a few taps, invite your crew with a code, and find each other on one live map. Add camping areas to blur exact positions where it matters, and stages so your crew can see who is watching what. Your events stay private - only people with your invite code can find them.

Pick a custom display name for each crew — your crews see the name you choose, everywhere: on the map and in notifications.

• No more spoilers — stage designs on the live map now stay hidden until you’re ready. Reveal the artwork whenever you like, right from the map. • New Supporters page — a heartfelt thank-you to everyone who chips in to keep FestivalFriends going.

• Fixed a bug where the crew panel could disappear or flicker when you reopened the app. • Sign-up now tells you what's wrong (like a space in your username) instead of just greying out the button. • More bug fixes and polish.

• Bonjour! FestivalFriends now speaks French — it follows your phone's language automatically. • Make your crew yours — give it a name and a group photo, emoji or color. • Moderators: promote trusted friends to help run the crew — kick, ban, review who joins, or stop a false SOS. • Approval mode: switch a crew so an admin approves new members before they can see everyone. • Bug fixes and polish.

• Notifications get personal — a crewmate's avatar now appears right in the notification, so you instantly see who joined your stage, dropped a meeting point, or needs help. • Clearer prompts when location or notifications are off, so your crew can always find you. • Bug fixes and polish.

• Multiple crews at once — keep your close friends and your big Discord crew separate, each with its own privacy and notification settings. • Quick crew switcher — tap the crew name at the top to jump between your crews, with a smooth new transition. • Per-crew privacy — share your exact spot in camp with some crews but stay coarse for others. • SOS improvements — mute a crew's SOS if it's being misused, and SOS now only reaches crewmates who are actually on the festival grounds. • Faster launch, smoother transitions, and bug fixes.

• SOS — need help in the crowd? Press and hold the SOS button to instantly alert your whole crew with your live location. Tap "I'm OK" when you're safe. • Clearer crew controls: "Switch crew" to move between your crews, and a proper "Leave crew" to formally leave one. • A cleaner, reorganized Settings screen. • Fixes: notifications now stop when you log out, and empty crews are cleaned up automatically.

• A new alert when someone new joins your crew • Crew creators can now delete their crew • Bug fixes and polish Thanks for the feedback — keep it coming at contacts@sweetch.dev.

Meeting points are here. Drop a spot on the map and your whole crew can see exactly where to gather. Also new in 1.1.0: • More ways to stay in sync — get a heads-up when a friend arrives on the grounds, joins your stage, or reaches a meeting point • "Let's meet" — ping a crewmate to rally up • Notification controls — turn each alert on or off • A direction indicator on your dot, so you know which way you're facing • A festival send-off screen when the party wraps • A smoother map, clearer location accuracy, stronger privacy, and lots of fixes Tell us what you'd like next at contacts@sweetch.dev.
