Meet Cosmo, your friendly new space guide, in our biggest update yet! Space Program missions: orbit, land on and walk real worlds, then collect stamps in your Explorer's Passport. 30+ new lessons: moons and ocean worlds (Titan, Europa, Io), comets, asteroids and dwarf planets (Pluto, Ceres), how big space really is (light-years, Andromeda), and wild Space Records. Pass and Play: two players, one device - take turns and see who knows more. Sky Challenges: timely quizzes tied to real events like meteor showers and equinoxes. Customize Cosmo with stardust. Share your Space Passport and quiz scores. A new "For Grown-Ups" report so parents can see what their explorer is learning. Free to explore. No ads. Works offline.

Two big new ways to fly! • Orbit Lab — design a satellite, then fly it into orbit around a planet (or take the challenge to escape the Sun!). Steer with real thrusters and limited fuel, watch your orbit reshape live with apoapsis/periapsis markers like a real spaceflight simulator, then drop a rover to the surface and fly the landing yourself — mind the heat shield and your descent speed! • Mars Rover missions — new objectives to complete out on Mars, with live telemetry: odometer, rock samples and a solar battery, plus a mission checklist. Plus keyboard support on Mac and iPad, and polish across the app. Thanks for exploring the cosmos with us!

This update makes learning even better: • Every reading lesson is now free — you never have to pay to learn. • New lessons on the Psyche, OSIRIS-REx and Europa Clipper missions. • Play the 3D worlds and the Mars rover with a keyboard on Mac and iPad — arrow keys to walk and drive. • Explore search now finds many more missions and probes. • Fixes and polish across the app. Thanks for exploring the cosmos with us!

Cosmos just got a lot more to explore — and a lot more to learn. NEW: The Explorer's Journey. Chart your course outward through the solar system on a beautiful Star Map. Every topic you read, quiz you play, and world you explore moves your ship onward — from the Moon to interstellar space — with new destinations and rewards to reach along the way. A big learning update, too: • 11 new in-depth lessons — nebulae, neutron stars, dark matter & dark energy, how rockets work, spacewalks, meteor showers, growing food in space, and pioneers like Mae Jemison • Guess the World — a mystery-planet detective game • More quiz questions in every world, plus fresh "Did you know?" facts throughout • A new Sources & Accuracy note, and better VoiceOver & Reduce Motion support Thanks for exploring the cosmos with us!

What's new in Cosmos 1.2.1: • The home screen now reacts to the real sky — it lights up for full moons, new moons and meteor showers happening tonight. • A weekly Expedition gives you a fresh thing to try every week. • Test what you've learned — each world's home base now has a quick quiz that earns XP. • More of Explore is free to dive into. • Earth looks like Earth now — blue oceans and green continents in 3D. • Smoother visuals and small fixes.

What's new in Cosmos 1.2.0: • Walk on Worlds — explore 11 worlds in first person! Stroll the Moon, Mars, Titan and more, feel each world's gravity with a jump, and enter a home base to learn all about the planet. • Mars Rover Lab now has instruments — bolt on a drill, robotic arm and scanner, then collect real rock samples as you drive. • The whole Explore tab is now in true 3D — the solar system, eclipses, seasons, tides and more. • Smoother 3D visuals and a batch of bug fixes.

What's new in Cosmos 1.1.0: • 3D Planets — spin every planet as a rotatable 3D globe. • Mars Rover Lab — build your own rover, then drive it across the Martian surface. • 3D Rocket Lab — design a rocket and watch it climb from the launchpad into space. • More of Cosmos is now free to explore. • A big visual polish pass: animated starfields, glossy controls, and smoother celebrations. • Bug fixes, including a multiplayer scoring fix.
