Next Shop Staff is the staff operations app used by our restaurant kitchen, management, and delivery teams to run daily orders end to end. KITCHEN: Incoming orders appear in real time with a loud, can't-miss alarm, so nothing slips during a busy service. ADMIN: Manage the live order board across all shops, assign and reassign deliveries to drivers, and oversee staff and roles. DELIVERY: Drivers accept delivery offers, follow a live navigation map to the customer, and share location during active deliveries so the shop and customer can track progress in real time. CHAT: Message customers directly about their order, including voice notes. Staff sign in with their work account using Sign in with Apple or Google. Access is limited to authorized restaurant staff; the app is not intended for the general public.
