Vector Vision is an industrial analytics app for analyzing data measured by 3D vision inspection equipment on your mobile device and tracking quality deviations and defect trends. Measurement results reach the app as soon as a scan finishes on the line, so you can judge production quality from the office or on the move.
■ Key features
• Quality status per line
See running and NG lines, with OK/NG counts and UPH (units per hour) for each line, on one screen.
• Feature measurement analysis
Compare measured value, nominal, deviation, and allowed tolerance for every feature in a table to catch items approaching the tolerance limit early.
• Defect review in 3D point cloud
Rotate and zoom the scanned 3D point cloud to see exactly where and how the deviation occurred.
• Feature points on captured images
Measurement feature points are shown on the inspection image so you can review the measurement location and result together.
• Result history per inspection item
Browse OK/NG results per inspection item by LOT and track recurring defect items.
• NG and re-scan alerts
Get a push notification the moment an NG or re-scan occurs so you can start root-cause analysis right away.
• Trend charts
Track daily, weekly, and monthly OK/NG trends in charts to detect quality changes early.
Vector Vision is a mobile solution optimized for 3D measurement data analysis, tolerance management, defect root-cause tracking, and manufacturing quality reporting.
