Shape Telos with us: when two pieces of feedback you send from inside the app are found useful, we add one month of Premium to your account as a gift. A new section in Settings shows where your feedback stands and your progress. The feedback form now works comfortably with the keyboard open. Small improvements and fixes.

What's new: • Today's flow: Add an optional time and duration to your habits. Up next shows your day in time order, with what's happening now on top. The Flow view on the Habits screen also shows your free time, and "Plan the day" lets you set times in one place. No countdowns. You can turn on a thin progress line in Settings › Look and Sound. • Coaching bonds: Connect with your coach or client. The coach leaves a workout and meal plan, and the client adds it to their own schedule with one tap. Short daily check-in questions and pinnable notes are included. • Supplement box: Track your supplements and when to take them under Nutrition, with optional reminders. • Nutrition: Mark whether a meal followed your plan. With Premium, calories and macros are estimated automatically when you save a meal. • Fitness: A check mark on finished workout days in your weekly program, mark sets one by one during a workout, and add notes to exercises and days. • Languages: the whole app is now also available in German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil) and Japanese. • Password reset: You can also reset with the 8-digit code in the email. • Settings: A new "Support Telos" section and a clearer privacy screen that explains how your data is handled. • Bulk actions in notifications, plus many fixes and improvements.

Live tracking on the Lock Screen During a workout, your elapsed time, the next exercise and your progress appear on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. While you cook a recipe, the steps and the timer live there too, and the countdown keeps running in the background. Refreshed widgets A progress ring now wraps the orb, and Lock Screen widgets have arrived. Live tracking and widgets require iOS 17 or later. A new way to start The first run was rewritten: the orb rises at the bottom of the screen, the questions are shorter and clearer, and at the end your plan is ready, built from your answers. A bigger recipe library 35 recipes became 75, with fish, turkey, red meat, legumes and easy snacks. The weekly plan no longer stacks the same dish or the same protein family back to back. You can look back now The 7-day charts in Health and Focus let you page back through past weeks. In Health, tapping a day brings that day's steps, calories and sleep into the cards above. Also The bottom navigation was redesigned and main screens open with a soft entrance. AI plans can now turn workouts that aren't in the catalog into your own exercises.

Your recent meals are now at the top of the meal form. The most recent come first, and the ones that fit that meal type are prioritised. Logging the same food a second time uses no AI at all, so it is instant and your AI allowance stays intact. Tap a day in the weekly calorie chart to jump to that day. In the meal form, changing protein, carbs or fat now updates calories automatically. If you type a calorie figure yourself, that figure is kept.

You can rate Telos: Settings › About now has a row for it. You can head to the store and leave a few words whenever you feel like it. Press and hold the Together row on the home screen: you can pick which bond it shows, or remove the row entirely. A removed row comes back from the "Other modules" section at the bottom of the board. The Ask Telos button is simpler. It now only drags up and down, and you tuck it away at the edge. When a card's number changes, the digits roll. You see the number move as you mark a habit. Community lists refresh on their own. A recipe or template you shared appears the moment you switch to the tab, and you can pull to refresh too. A few texts that overflowed at larger system font sizes are fixed. Content at the bottom of a page no longer sits under the floating buttons.

Reminders are here. You can set one on a habit, a task, a book, your watch list, or anything else on your mind. Repeating ones too: "water every 50 minutes between 09:00 and 18:00". You can also just ask Telos to set it up. Modules feed each other. When you set something up, the step that naturally follows is offered quietly. You can turn it off. The paid line moved: every module is now free. What you pay for is only where the AI does the work for you. Also: - The note category you pick in Journal is saved now, and it shows on the note. You can edit a note and save it. - "Take a photo" asks for camera access and actually opens the camera. - Your avatar sits and crosses its legs properly in the room, and the cat wanders more calmly. - The time zone is read from your phone; you are no longer asked, and it corrects itself when you travel. - The buttons in the room header no longer run off small screens or large text sizes. - The "Up next" rows on the home screen now take you to the right module.

Your avatar • 12 hairstyles, 11 outfits and a face-shape setting. • The figure was redrawn: it looks sharper at every size. • "Use my avatar" works now, so the figure from your room can be your profile photo. Appearance • Refreshed app icon. The Light and Night icons no longer look alike. • Removed an unnecessary line from the dashboard. Small fixes and clean-ups.
