More reliable reminders. We fixed a problem where reopening the app could crowd out reminders for later days, so some doses went unreminded. Reminders now cover every day ahead, and "Remind me in 30 min" arrives once. Tapping a reminder now opens the log screen for that medication, even when the app was closed. A missed dose now names the medication, and "Ask your clinic" appears only for medications your clinic prescribed. History is more accurate: older days you logged show as taken, and adding a new dose time no longer changes earlier days. On Android, the app preview in your recent apps is hidden to keep your medications private. For tracking and education only — follow your provider's instructions.

Get started faster. Sign in with Google or Apple in one tap — on Android, Google's own account picker opens right in the app. Email is one tap away under Create account or Log in. More privacy on your lock screen: dose reminders and notifications no longer show medication names or doses. Open Lumara to see the details. Your first medication comes first. Scan the label on the bottle or box, or type it in, then connect Apple Health or Health Connect if you like. Your name, date of birth and gender are now optional, and we fill in your name from Google or Apple when we can. "Remind me in 30 min" now tells you the time it will remind you, and the reminder arrives even if you leave and come back to the app. If notifications are off, it says so and takes you to Settings. Clearer help when something goes wrong: if a sign-in doesn't finish, you'll see why and what to try, and every setup step has a Sign out button. Share your progress with your clinic — free. Send a report of the last 30 days (what you take, how consistently, your weight and your top symptoms) to your clinic. They get an email and sign in to view it, and only someone with access to the inbox you choose can open it. You can withdraw it any time. Logging stays free, for good. Doses, weight and side effects are always free to log, and you can connect to as many clinics as you like. Premium is now about the long view: charts and trends beyond 30 days, your weight and side effects lined up against your doses, reports, labs and Insights. Annual is now the plan we suggest first. Switch medications without losing anything. Stop a medication you no longer take: its history stays, and your slot is free for the next one. When your clinic assigns you a protocol, you now see everything they wrote for you: their instructions at the top, then for each medication how you take it, their notes, the dose steps they prescribed, your pharmacy with a number you can tap to call, and when your next review is. You can also see which clinic it came from. Care is easier to scan. Each protocol has a colour stripe and says how many medications it holds, and medications you added yourself have a pill icon. A protocol your clinic withdraws now leaves the app instead of staying behind as an empty card. A short setup list on Today. New here? Today shows what is left to set up — add a medication, log your first dose, turn on reminders — and the list disappears once you are done. Tips while you are getting started. We will send a few short emails that help you finish setting up, and nothing else. Every one has a one-tap unsubscribe, and you can turn them off in Notifications at any time. Fixes: signing in no longer hangs. If the app cannot reach us it now stops waiting and tells you. The time picker in "When did you take it?" opens on the scheduled time and saves the time you choose. VoiceOver reads "Skip the other dose" instead of "Skip the other 1 doses". For tracking and education only — follow your provider's instructions.

Signing in is one screen now. Create an account or sign in from the same place, with Apple, Google or an email address. If you have signed in on this device before, it opens on sign-in instead of asking you to start again. Signing out now signs you out for good. A sign-out made with no connection could leave your session on the phone, so the next time the app opened it signed you back in. It no longer can. Fixes: "Forgot password?" opens the reset page, instead of asking for a new password it had no way to save. The Terms and Privacy links on the sign-in screen open. VoiceOver reads the annual plan's saving along with its price. For tracking and education only — follow your provider's instructions.

Progress is rebuilt around a straight answer. Progress used to open with charts and leave you to read them. It now leads with what your data actually says, and puts a "Look closer" grid underneath — each tile carrying its live figure, so you can see where the detail is before you tap. Your metrics have their own screens. HRV, sleep, resting heart rate and weight each open to a full view: the current figure, how far it has moved, and the trend behind it. Doses against how you felt now has a screen of its own — the question most people are actually asking, in one place instead of two. Cycle shows all three phases, and never fills in a default as though it were yours. Check-ins stop answering for you. The sheet no longer pre-selects a response, and you can add a side effect without leaving it. When there is no correlation to report, Lumara now says why — not just that it found nothing. Fixes: the weight log sheet always has a way out. On iPhone, dismissing the keyboard while adding a medication no longer opens the Route picker. Scanning a label now reads combination medicines correctly. A blood-pressure tablet printed as "50-12.5MG" holds two medicines at two strengths. Lumara was recording the second one's dose under the first one's name. Scans now read the strength that belongs to the medicine they name, along with the quantity and how often to take it — including directions written as "every 12 hours". Labels that print a prescription number in an unusual format no longer carry it through to the confirm screen. Today shows your body trend sooner. The one-line summary under your day used to appear only after months of paired wearable data. It now falls back to your 30-day weight trend, so it says something useful as soon as you have weigh-ins to show. The Vault colour-codes each vial by status — low, expiring, expired — instead of a single low/not-low mark. Screen titles across the app no longer sit under the camera notch. Fixes for logging several doses at once. When you take more than one medication at the same time, Today groups them into one card. Unchecking a row there no longer records that dose as skipped. It stays on your day, so you can still log it later — nothing is recorded until you choose to record it. Skipping is now an explicit choice. Alongside Log dose there is a Skip option that confirms before recording anything, names the medications it will skip, and lets you add an optional reason, such as that you did not have it or that your provider told you to stop. A skipped dose stays on your record and your provider can see it, so it is only ever recorded when you say so. For tracking and education only — always follow your provider's instructions.

Signing up works again, and it asks for what your record actually needs. FIXED: THE CONFIRMATION CODE The code we emailed was eight digits while the app only accepted six, so every correct code was rejected. If you tried to sign up and were told your code was wrong — it wasn't. Please try again. NEW: PERSONAL INFORMATION Onboarding now asks for your name, date of birth and gender before you start logging. Date of birth is new, and you can edit all three later in your profile. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE · The consent checkbox stays visible after you tick it, so you can see what you agreed to — and untick it if you change your mind. · If your email was never confirmed, signing in now sends you a fresh code instead of a dead end. · Your first screen after signing up loads properly. · Weight entries can be edited without losing their date. · Weigh-in reminders take effect as soon as you save them. · Tapping a missed-dose alert opens that dose, not a blank log screen. · The alerts inbox is reachable — there's a bell on Today. · Dose history shows what was DUE on a day, not only what you logged. · Weight reads in your chosen unit everywhere.

Fixes from a full test pass of the app. If your connection dropped, some screens said you had nothing rather than saying they could not load. Today could read "Nothing scheduled yet", your dose history could read "No doses logged yet", and your medication list could look empty. Those screens now tell you they could not load, and that nothing has been lost or logged. On Progress, the 30-day weight note is now shown in the same unit as the weight above it, instead of switching between kg and lbs. Signing up no longer asks you to accept the disclaimer twice. If something goes wrong while signing in, you now get a plain explanation instead of a page of technical detail. Removing a weight entry updates the list straight away. Fixes a wrong weight from Apple Health, and lets you remove entries. If your iPhone shows weight in pounds, weight synced from Apple Health was recorded in the wrong unit — a 192 lb reading was saved as 192 kg and shown back as 423.3 lb. Your own typed entries were never affected, and Android was never affected. New readings are now correct. Readings already saved are still wrong, so we have added a way to remove them: open Progress, tap Weight, and use Remove on any entry under "Recent entries". Please check your weight history and remove anything that does not look right. For tracking and education only — always follow your provider's instructions.

Fixes to dose logging — one of them important. Sliding to log a dose could record the wrong medication. If you slid on any dose other than the first one of the day, the app saved the name of the dose that had been on screen when you opened Home. Your logs are a record you and your provider rely on, and this made that record wrong. Please look over the last few days of your history and correct anything that does not match what you actually took. Tapping + to log a dose now opens on the dose that is actually due, instead of the first medication in your list. A dose you have just logged now appears at the top of "Earlier today". That list shows three doses, so the newest one used to be pushed off the bottom and looked like it had not been saved. When there are more than three, a line underneath says how many. On iPhone, reading a prescription label now uses Apple's built-in text recognition. Photos are still read entirely on your device and are never uploaded. The list of recognised medications is also considerably longer, so common prescriptions should fill in by name rather than needing to be typed. A calmer home screen. The level chart is no longer the first thing you see. It was the biggest element on the screen and the hardest to read — no axis, no labels, and no way to tell what the peaks meant. It is an estimate, and it was being shown with more confidence than an estimate deserves. It has moved to Progress, where there is room to label it properly and explain what it is. On your home screen it is now one line: which medication is still covering, and when your next dose is. In its place, the two things you actually open the app for: today's date and how many doses you have, then the dose itself. The dose card now sits near the top instead of halfway down, and shows the time it is due. The rest of today collapses to a single line rather than a list — tap it for the full set. Sleep, HRV and your logging streak moved to Progress, where the rest of your trends live. The slide-to-log control is amber when a dose is due. It used to be violet on a violet card, which made the one control the screen exists for hard to see. For tracking and education only — always follow your provider's instructions.

A rebuilt Today screen, and weights that finally add up. TODAY IS THREE THINGS NOW, NOT NINE Your medication level, your dose, and everything else — in that order. The four rings are gone. They showed four different kinds of number at the same size, so nothing on the screen looked more important than anything else. Your own level curve is now the top of the screen, with a marker showing where you are on it right now. Underneath, the dose you need to take, at the size it deserves. Slide to log it without opening anything. Adherence is a week of seven dots instead of a percentage. You can see which day you missed, which is the part you can actually do something about. The number moved to Insights, where there is room to explain it. WEIGHT WAS SHOWING THE WRONG NUMBERS If you ever recorded weight in both kilograms and pounds, Lumara was drawing them on the same chart as though they were the same scale. The result was a cliff that looked like a hundred pounds of overnight weight gain, and a figure underneath that said so. Choose your unit once, in Settings → Weight, and every screen now converts to it. Entries you already logged keep the unit you recorded them in — they are converted for display, never rewritten. You can also set a starting weight, which shows as a baseline on your charts. The weight chart is a real chart now. Dates along the bottom, 7 days / 30 days / 90 days / 1 year, and a dot for every reading so you can see how much you actually logged. The old one spaced entries evenly regardless of when they happened, so a week and a year looked identical. DOSE HISTORY IS A CALENDAR Instead of a list of "Taken, Taken, Taken", a month at a glance: which days were complete, which were partial, which were missed, and which had nothing due. Tap any day to see it. There is a per-medication summary underneath, for when it is one particular medication you keep missing. SYMPTOM TRENDS THAT MAKE SENSE This screen used to say things like "Up 22%". Energy, mood and sleep are rated one to five, and a percentage on a five-point scale is meaningless — the same single-point change came out as +100% or +25% depending only on where you started. It now tells you the change in points, and says how many check-ins it is based on. The symptoms you record during a check-in — nausea, fatigue, reflux and the rest — are finally shown back to you: how often you had each one, and how strongly. THE + BUTTON DOES MORE It opens a short menu: dose, weight, check-in or symptoms. Everything except the dose used to be several taps deep. ALSO FIXED Adherence counted doses you had logged as missed, and different screens calculated it differently. Lab results no longer flag a normal value as abnormal. Steps read a single reading instead of a whole day. Doses logged without a connection are no longer lost. And on Android, the keyboard no longer covers the sign-in form. Health Connect now works on Android. If you're on Android and tried to connect Health Connect, it didn't work — and we're sorry, because it never has. Connecting crashed the app, and even when it didn't, Lumara was never allowed to read anything. Both are fixed. Connect from setup or from Connected health apps and your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, steps and weight come through. Android is asked to connect a health source now, too. Setup used to skip the step entirely on Android, so unless you went looking in Connected health apps you were never offered it. You can see when your health data last synced. Connected health apps now shows "Synced 10 minutes ago" or "Last synced 3 days ago", and tells you plainly how syncing works: it happens when you open Lumara, about once a day, and each sync pulls the last 60 days so anything missed while the app was closed is filled in. Sync now actually tells you what happened. It always worked, but it said nothing at all — so a sync that succeeded and one that failed looked identical. It now shows progress and confirms the result. Connecting Apple Health during setup sticks. If you connected during setup, Connected health apps could still say "Not connected", and the Sync now button wouldn't appear. Fixed. Your adherence calendar shows dates now. The Daily Pattern grid was unlabelled squares — you could see the shape of a run of missed days but not which days they were. Every square now carries its date, with the month marked where it changes. DOSE HISTORY Every dose you've logged is now one tap away from either screen. FIXED Adherence and streak figures stopped counting after 50 logged doses, which made longer ranges read lower than they actually were.
