We've made some bug fixes and made some minor performance improvements for a better user experience.

• The Operational Copilot has its own page now, and your conversation stays put as you move around the app. • Relief Cover's tabs all fit on a phone, including offering yourself for relief work. • Your registers no longer say "nothing here" when they simply failed to load.

• Bigger, clearer text right across the app — easier to read on a phone, outdoors, at a glance. • Pop-up messages now clear themselves instead of sitting on screen. • Field Mode is easy to reach again, and every tab has its own name. • Panels that wouldn't scroll now do, so Save is always reachable. • Invited team members see plain-English messages if something goes wrong.

What's new in this update: • A calmer, more consistent app. Every page now follows the same layout, the side menu is tidier, and the Command Centre folds away so the day's priorities are the first thing you see. • Plain English when something goes wrong. Messages now tell you what happened and what to do next, instead of showing raw technical text. • The same Quick Entry box everywhere. Type or dictate what happened from the Command Centre, Services & Incidents or Caretaking — it works the same way in all three. • Maintenance Schedule is now in the main menu, with a coloured dot showing whether anything is due. • Relief Auto-Briefing. Build a one-tap handover pack for whoever is covering you, with the caretaking duties grouped by how often they're done. • Easier to find past records. Search and page through service logs, incidents, caretaking history, room checks and key movements. • Also: photos to prove a caretaking duty was done, room checks that capture guests and extra beds, and voice entry now included free on the Free plan. What's new in this update: • Meeting recordings keep going when your screen locks. Start a recording in the Meeting Note Pad, put your phone in your pocket, and it keeps capturing until you tap Stop — no need to keep the screen awake. Recordings can run up to 30 minutes. • Nothing gets lost on the way to your notes. Fixed a problem where a finished recording could be reported as not saved even though it had recorded perfectly. New buildings now come with the everyday caretaking jobs and the usual servicing dates already set up, so there's nothing to build from scratch — just open Caretaking and start ticking things off. • Add your whole duty list in one go. The new "Paste List" option on the Caretaking page lets you type or paste your duties, one per line, straight from your agreement — on any plan. • Clearer voice entry. The microphone now shows a calm, steady indicator while it's listening, and a clear "Transcribing…" step while it writes up what you said. • Easier to find answers.
