ShadowVPN is a minimal, fast, point-to-point VPN client built on the ShadowVPN protocol — a UDP, pre-shared-key, layer-3 tunnel using the shadowsocks AEAD encryption scheme. You bring your own server; ShadowVPN connects to it. Nothing is proxied through us, and there is no account to create. • Blocks IPv6 leaks: on dual-stack networks, IPv6 traffic no longer bypasses the tunnel. • Privacy: per-connection details (DNS names, TLS SNI, HTTP hosts) are no longer logged by default. They are only captured during a diagnostic window you explicitly start from the Logs screen, which expires on its own. Older log files are purged on first launch. • Reliable reconnects after sleep/wake, even when DNS is not ready yet. • Split tunneling: domains on the bundled gfwlist always go through the tunnel; list refreshed. • Import a profile by scanning a shadowvpn:// QR code. • Updated encryption core.
