New: Plank and sit-ups, both counted by the camera, both free. Your plank is timed to the second. Squats now count from your first rep — no waiting to be found.
Duel a friend in real time. Fight a boss with your body. Every rep is a strike — push-ups and squats, counted by the camera, never tapped.
Pushup RPG is a fitness role-playing game where your body is the controller. Prop up your phone, get into a plank (or stand tall for squats), and the on-device camera counts every rep in real time. Each one deals damage to the monster in front of you.
LIVE DUELS — TWO CAMERAS, ONE ROPE
• Challenge a friend and fight at the same time: forty seconds, both cameras counting, and a tug-of-war rope that moves with every rep either of you does.
• Nobody online? Duel a rival — Ironfang Wolf, the Tempest Eye, the Nightwyrm. Each keeps a fixed pace you can see before you start.
• Record the whole bout and share it. Win or lose, the clip tells the truth.
• Nobody to call on? Enter the Arena and get matched with someone at your pace. No chat, no messages — two cameras and a rope. Report or block any opponent straight from the result card.
PICK YOUR EXERCISE — PUSH-UPS OR SQUATS
• Take on the full adventure with camera-counted squats — the same XP, gold, and loot as push-ups.
• Leg day counts: squats keep your streak alive, damage your guild's weekly boss, and race friends on their own Squats leaderboard.
• 100% honest: every exercise stands on its own — your push-up records are never mixed.
WHY IT WORKS
• No gym, no equipment — just your bodyweight and your phone.
• You don't grind a workout — you fight a boss. So you finish the set.
A REAL RPG, NOT A REP COUNTER
• A full story campaign — eight biomes from the Sunlit Meadow to the star-haunted Astral Gate, each ending in a boss.
• 48 hand-crafted enemies and bosses, ending with Aurelion, the Astral Eye.
• Endless Descent: a roguelike dungeon that escalates forever. Go deeper for richer loot, or bank your run.
EVERY FIGHT FEELS ALIVE
• Every foe fights with its own modifier — a rule badge that changes how the battle plays.
• Bosses shift stances mid-battle, gauntlets send foe after foe, some fights run on a timer.
TRAIN TOGETHER
• The Guild Boss Race — join or found a guild and fight a shared Weekly Boss. Every member's camera-verified reps chip its health, and its HP scales to guild size so small crews compete fairly.
• Worldwide daily and weekly ladders for push-ups and squats, plus a friends board.
• Your own country's board too — a ladder you can actually win, with your flag on it.
• Send a Cheer to keep a guildmate's streak alive.
GROW YOUR HERO
• Earn XP, level up, and raise four stats — Power, Stamina, Precision, and Fortune.
• Loot drops from Common to Legendary, with clear upgrade indicators.
• A skill tree — Might, Vitality, Focus — boosts your rewards, never your reps. The workout stays honest.
• Equip, upgrade, reforge, and salvage gear with gold and gems.
• Pick a portrait — or, with Vigil, your own photo.
REASONS TO RETURN
• Daily, weekly and boss quests with real rewards.
• Streak tracking with freeze tokens for the day life gets in the way.
• Cinder, your ember companion, cheers every rep.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
All pose detection runs on your device — no video is ever sent anywhere. Optional clip recording (off by default) stays on your device until YOU share it. Sign in with Apple, Google or email to back up progress, or play as a guest. Your cloud save holds game progress only — never health or camera data. Delete your account in-app, any time.
FREE TO TRAIN, MORE TO EXPLORE
Free to download and fully playable from the first rep — the campaign, rep tracking and leveling cost nothing. We never lock the workout behind a paywall. An optional Vigil Membership adds convenience and flair, never gear or stats: found a guild, descend without limit, deeper insights, a gold name and crown, a Streak Shield.
TRAIN SAFE
Use a stable surface, warm up first, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. Pushup RPG is for general fitness and entertainment — it is not medical advice or a medical device.
Start today. Save the world one rep at a time.
Push RPG reminds me so much of the anime Solo Leveling. (The devs should watch it.) it’s you fighting monsters with push ups, getting loot so you could become better at fight those monsters. It is an amazing game. But there are just two little things I want the devs to add/change. First is could you guys add pull ups (I know way harder to program then push and squats but please.) Second can you devs make more realms because after you complete all 8 and do highest floor which for me is 10 (free to play) it’s becomes kinda boring. So could you guys/girls just make a few more realms. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK DEVS!!!! 🎉❤️😛
Developer Response
You understood the game perfectly and yes, we know Solo Leveling 😄 Pull-ups are much harder to track reliably with a phone camera, but they’re on our radar. More realms and better endgame content are the bigger priority right now; we agree the game needs more to do after Realm 8. Thanks for such a detailed review!
Fun idea executed pretty well
Stew Dude00
I’m giving this 5 stars because this app has driven me to do more pushups than I have before, that in itself is huge. There are something’s that can be improved, guilds are hard to get into if you don’t have a paid account, and the pushups sometimes won’t register if my elbow goes out of frame. Besides those small things the game is pretty good and doesn’t feel like a hard grind but rather a nice opportunity to get my heart rate up every day
Developer Response
Really appreciate the detailed 5-star review. Doing more push-ups than before is already a huge win 💪 You’re right about both issues too — guild access can be better, and good reps shouldn’t disappear just because an elbow briefly leaves frame. We’re working on both.
Guild invitation settings
CantStayWeak guild owner
The game is really good for being free, and I dont have a single complaint besides the fact that I cant stop people from requesting to join my guild. I come back to see like 100 people requesting to join, and I can’t find a setting to stop it. Other than that, really well built app, even though the camera may be a bit faulty at times.
Developer Response
Thanks for the detailed feedback! A guild request limit or better invitation controls make a lot of sense, especially for active guilds. We’ll look into improving this. Glad you’re enjoying the game overall!
Fun and great
You can call me jose
Its fun because you can get rewards as like if you were playing a game and it encourages you to keep going for better rewards and also lets you surpass your limits on how many push ups you can do , In overall rating i give this 5 stars because its better than any training apps and especially if you like video games.
Developer Response
Thank you so much, this means a lot! As gamers too, we wanted Pushup RPG to make workouts feel like progress, rewards, and leveling up. Really glad it’s helping you push past your limits.
• Duels keep a record now. Every finished bout is written down — who you fought, the score, and how close it was — and your win-loss tally sits on the rival screen where you pick the next one. One of you asked for this.
• The result arrives the moment the clock hits zero. It used to sit on a blank scoreboard for a few seconds while the score settled, which felt like the app had stopped. It had not; now it does not look like it either.
• Leaving mid-set no longer reads as a broken camera. A call, a notification, a swipe home — the camera reported a failure and made you start over. It comes back where you left it.
• Nothing goes backwards when you switch phones. Cleared chapters, wounds and daily claims could be lost when one account was used on two devices. Each is now merged rather than replaced.
• Squats and sit-ups count more honestly. A knee the camera could not see was read as a straight leg and the rep refused; a sit-up set could get stuck in a rest that never ended.
• Fellowship captains can set a minimum level to apply. A hall with hundreds of pending requests was unreviewable, and the list itself could hang the app. Set a level and the queue thins to people who will actually train with you.
