New: a way back after an accidental chapter skip. A "Back to" button appears under the scrubber, and the opposite earbud skip returns you to your place. Books kept in iCloud Drive and removed from this device now download when you play them or make captions, including from CarPlay, and then show their own titles, covers and chapters. Fixed chapter titles in some audiobooks, plus fixes for the sleep timer, A-B loop, Statistics, renamed folders, rescans, and caption export and translation.

New • Auto theme: Audia follows your device's light or dark mode. Pick it in Settings. • Tabs remember where you were, and Back takes you to the Library before leaving. • Bookmarks: add one with a single tap, sort by book order or newest first, see where you are among them, jump back after a jump, and undo a delete. • Rate Audia from Settings. Tell a Friend now shares the Audia website. Improved • Smarter folder imports: recordings become their own items, "Disc 1, Disc 2…" folders join into one book, and chapter files stay together. • Removed books stay removed after a rescan. • Bookmarks and your place stay put when a rescan changes a file's length. • Statistics count books by when you finished them. • The A–B loop lands exactly where you press, including in right-to-left languages. • Smoother player and faster live caption translation. • On iPad, Audia keeps to a single window. Fixed • Rare cases where your listening position could be lost after an error or a jump between files. • Captions disappearing after a book's folder was renamed or moved. • Pop-up sheets opening behind the mini player. • Previous and next restarting single-chapter books. • A pending App Store purchase blocking Buy; Restore now syncs with the App Store. • Many smaller fixes.

- The Bookmark button is now visible on the Android Auto screen. - There's a "Send feedback" item in Settings. - Caption downloads continue after a dropped connection. - Books are grouped better: CD1/CD2 folders become one book, and renaming a folder keeps your progress. - Plus about 70 bug fixes.

A calmer, clearer Audia. Books without artwork now get their own covers everywhere, including CarPlay. In the car, save a bookmark with one tap and undo it within 10 seconds. Captions are simpler to start, and you can translate them while they are being made. Tap a book to play it; the info button opens its details. Missing books are easy to remove. Plus many playback, queue and accessibility fixes.

Improved playback reliability when switching books, seeking, using sleep timers, and controlling playback from CarPlay. Fixed interrupted caption and translation recovery, import and rescan errors, and issues saving library edits and listening progress. Improved cover selection, EPUB metadata, search recovery, and settings controls.

Translate captions — new in Audia Turn your captions into another language, right on your iPhone. Generate captions for an audiobook, choose from 58 languages, and read along in your own language, or show the original and the translation together. Each language is a one-time download; after that, translation works completely offline. Nothing leaves your device. Also in this update: • Your listening position is saved more reliably, even after a library rescan • Books you remove from the app stay removed • Partly downloaded or unreadable folders no longer shorten your books • CarPlay lists and the home-screen widget follow the app's language, and CarPlay lists refresh when you switch tabs • Purchases are restored automatically on a new iPhone • Many stability fixes, and more of the app is translated into your language
