New: guided tours that show you around the events page, an event, CrewAccess and ArtistAccess the first time you open them. Events: pick the event's timezone when you create or edit an event, and guest confirmation emails now include "Add to calendar". Ticketing: a "Send tickets automatically" switch for every ticketing provider. Private events: once the free trial ends, you can unlock check-in for a single event with a one-time purchase instead of a subscription. Also: more screens translated, and fixes for stage manager links and event managers on multi-day events.

New: app themes (ADE in black and yellow, and a light Basic theme), a full-screen stage timer, and a setting that keeps the screen on. Artists: marking an artist at the stage or performing also marks them as arrived, with one arrival per artist across all their slots, and each stage manager link can show or hide the technical and hospitality riders. Team access: choose per team member and per door link whether the Handouts and Artists tabs appear. Stage manager and artist entrance links now ask for their PIN, and the event chat is private to your event team. Also: one ticket per person on a guest row, Paylogic and CM.com improvements, and fixes for rider uploads, the catering scanner offline and opening links on a fresh install.

New: print wristbands on a Zebra printer over Bluetooth, straight from check-in. With zones you decide who may enter which area, and zone gates scan wristbands at the entrance. Crew check-in: handouts and walkie-talkies show instantly, also offline, and a small legend explains what each letter means. Two-step sign-in for your account, a faster start and event lists that open instantly. Also: filter the guestlist on several accreditation types at once, filters are remembered per event, extra parking tickets for last-minute handouts, and fixes for offline check-in and sync.

New: a staff planner for CrewAccess. Plan spots and shifts, and crew get their own shift screen that can confirm they arrived at the venue. Guest requests: pick the colours of your form, ask guests for a phone number, approve requests in the background and export them to CSV. Tickets from Weeztix, CM.com and Paylogic now run through one flow, and guests can download their e-ticket from their pass. Also: switch off the ID reminder per accreditation type, auto-confirm is now opt-in, and fixes for offline check-in and scrolling on iOS.

Building your guestlist is now free and unlimited on every plan. Pro is what opens the door on the night: check-in, the QR scanner and public check-in links. New: a guided intro that shows what the app does before you create an account, plus reminders on your device so nothing slips before showtime. Door staff now see why a check-in link is closed instead of a bare "Incorrect PIN". Fixed: check-in keeps working when the network drops, ArtistAccess invites reach the person you invited, removing a crew manager also revokes their guestlist access, and the Google Sheets integration works again.

The keyboard no longer covers form fields and buttons on phones. New: a public stage timer display with its own link per stage, plus a settings screen to manage them. Share buttons for stage and entrance manager links. Crew checklist ticks are now shared across your team.
