• Custom programs + Breath Share (.brsh) - send your rhythm via iMessage
• Six living themes, rainbow waves with the “Zeen 禅” finale
• A look that follows the time of day - dawn in the morning, a light Quiet book by day, soft Frosted glass in the evening - plus nature sounds from the author’s own recordings, including a storm with real thunder
• Apple Watch: haptic breath guidance, heart rate, a complication
SNORE NO MORE - AGAINST SNORING
• An 8-week training for the tongue, palate and throat muscles (about 9 minutes a day), finished with nasal breathing
• Night Guard - overnight snoring recognition right on your phone; audio is never recorded or sent, only the time, length and loudness of episodes are logged
• A gentle, escalating tap via Apple Watch - a change of position without waking you
• Night score 0-100, a morning report and an hour-by-hour breakdown with export to a report or CSV - handy for a doctor's visit
• Evening factors and findings: after a few nights you see what makes snoring worse and whether evening breathing helps
• Optional overnight heart rate from Apple Watch
• Have Zzzentinel too? Nights it records show up in Breathune's statistics

• No account, no cloud, no ads, no analytics
• Slovak, Czech, English, German, French, Italian and Polish

Breathune is for relaxation, mindful breathing and wellness snoring prevention; it is not a medical device. If you suspect a sleep-related breathing disorder, talk to a doctor.
more • Apple Watch: your heart rate during the session and the average at the end are larger and easier to read.
• iPhone and Apple Watch now stay in the same rhythm after a phone call or switching to another app. Pausing on one device pauses the other too.
• Sound on Bluetooth and AirPlay speakers is quieter and better balanced. After the session the background slowly fades down for rest and sleep.

• A morning overview of the night with an estimated breathing rate and, optionally, sleep from Apple Health

4.3 Oct 17
• Small fixes and technical improvements.
• Links and contact: breathune.eu, admin@breathune.eu.
4.2 Oct 11
• Power Breath: after the inhale hold you now hear a releasing exhale.
• The background sound plays more quietly after a session, the storm a little softer.
4.1.1 Oct 6
• Breathing at night: in the morning Night Guard shows your breathing rate and how long your breathing could be heard. Audio is still never stored.
• Sleep: if you like, Breathune takes sleep stages and respiratory rate from your watch via Apple Health and shows them with the night. Turn it on in Night settings.
• A more accurate night breakdown: audible breathing has its own group, and "other sounds" count only when there was real noise, with the name of what the app heard.
4.1 Oct 4
• A new design: Home adapts to the time of day, Snore No More is split into three parts, and sound and theme are right there before each session. The look changes by itself in the morning, during the day and in the evening, or pick one in Options.
• A clearer night history: a timeline shows when snoring started, how long it lasted and when your watch gave you a gentle nudge.
• Six new background sounds from my own recordings: Storm · St. Raphaël, Ocean · Maldives @5am, Rustling trees · San Casciano, Sleeping city · Prague 4 @4am, Early bird and Brook · Zuberec. The storm has real thunder, and when a session ends the background can keep playing.
• The synthetic sea is now called Waves. The stronger wind is gone; the soft wind stays.
• New installs start with the male voice, in silence and without vibration. If you already use Breathune, nothing changes for you.
4.0 Oct 3
• Breathune now speaks German, French, Italian and Polish too – change the language in Options or let it follow your phone
• Steadier sound: a phone call or Siri can no longer crash the app during a session
• Times and numbers follow the chosen language, and the evening training reminder arrives in the current language
3.3.8 Sep 30
• Breathune now speaks Czech too – change the language in Options or let it follow your phone
• Breathune and Zzzentinel now work together: nights recorded in Zzzentinel appear in History with a score and in the findings
• The night detail shows what else Zzzentinel heard that night (sleep talking, coughing…) and opens the recordings with one tap
• Evening breathing can hand the night over to Zzzentinel when you want to hear it too
• If Zzzentinel is already watching the night, Breathune tells you so the apps don't fight over the microphone
• Everything stays on the phone – the apps share only snoring times and loudness, never audio
3.3.7 Sep 29
• Cyclic Sighing keeps its brown dusk backdrop in every theme and the top-up comes sooner
• Night score 0–100 for every tracked night; new findings on evening breathing and heart rate
• Optional night heart rate from Apple Watch (night settings) – average, lowest, while snoring vs. in quiet
• Apple Watch: firmer inhale haptics
• The Zzzentinel card opens the app when installed
3.3.6 Sep 26
• Cyclic Sighing now sounds and feels like two inhales: a long breath in through the nose, a short pause and a quick top-up that fit exactly into the inhale, then the long exhale
• The inhale step now reads "Breathe in twice"
• Apple Watch taps the double inhale too
3.3.5 Sep 25
• Corrected App Store description: the current Snore No More name and the full program list, including Cyclic Sighing
• New screenshots of the night settings
3.3.4 Sep 24
• Watch and phone now always stay in sync — pause, resume and stop on one instantly reflect on the other
• The night companion on the watch reliably wakes up again after the app is killed, so anti-snoring nudges no longer get missed
• Round length no longer rounds to whole minutes — Méthode Šikuta and the Physiological Sigh now run exactly as long as designed
• The daily anti-snoring training countdown no longer freezes while overnight tracking is also running
• The Apple Health entry now more accurately describes what's saved (mindful minutes and time in bed)
• Small safety and stability fixes — watch complication, custom-program import, accessibility labels on icon buttons
3.3.3 Sep 23
• A night that ended on its own (the microphone stopped delivering sound) now says so in the detail, instead of looking like you stopped tracking
• Smaller improvements under the hood
3.3.2 Sep 22
• "About" and the night detail now link to Zzzentinel — a night inspector by the same author that recognizes and records night sounds
• An occasional rating prompt after a finished session (can be turned off) and a "Rate Breathune" row in Settings
• Night breakdown sorts sounds more accurately: silence is no longer "other", and traffic, animals, shouting and sighs land in the right category
• App website: https://breathune.eu/
3.3.1 Sep 21
• Settings are one tap away on every tab — Breathe, Snoring and History
• History now holds everything: Breathing sessions and Nights side by side; night history moved out of Snore No More
• Night detail: quiet share, average, longest and loudest episode, quiet before waking, thirds of the night, episode lengths, comparison with your last nights, loudness curve and hourly bars
• Share a breathing pattern as plain text and load one from the clipboard — patterns travel between iPhone and Android
• Version and build on the home screen and in Settings; Apple Watch status in Settings
• Same layout and wording as the Android version
3.3 Sep 19
• Night breakdown — what happened in the room: snoring, talking, coughing, music or TV, traffic and quiet hour by hour, with the first episode, worst hour and longest quiet stretch
• Export a night — a text summary for a message or a CSV table; audio is never stored, only times, durations and categories leave the phone
• Evening factors — tick alcohol, a late meal or a stuffy nose and after a few nights see what really makes your snoring worse
• New program Cyclic Sighing — two inhales through the nose and a long exhale; calmer faster than meditation in a 2023 Stanford study
• Evening tips backed by research, right in the Snoring tab
• A more accurate night — a quiet fan no longer extends an episode, nudges count only when the watch is truly on duty, and the nudge test tells you whether the watch is listening
• Smoother — seamless phase transitions (breath sound is precomputed), less CPU in themes and overnight, longer battery life
3.2 Sep 8
What's New in 3.1.3
• Snoring detection recalibrated — thresholds are now tuned against real overnight measurements, so Night Guard picks up quieter snoring too • More accurate detection — snoring is no longer confused with louder breathing, TV or conversation in the room • Snoring intensity — every episode is marked mild, moderate or loud based on measured volume • A live meter through the night — you can see the microphone is listening and how close detection is • Night history with detail — the night episode by episode, episodes per hour and the list of nudges; individual nights can be deleted • Nudge effectiveness — after every watch nudge the app checks whether snoring stopped within a minute, and the morning shows your success rate • Monitoring health — see how many hours the microphone actually ran; if it drops out, the app restores it and tells you • Test the watch nudge — one button confirms the haptics work, no need to wait for the night • Optionally save a tracked night to Apple Health as “In Bed” time • Night mode on Apple Watch has a clearer new layout and states plainly what the phone does and what the watch does • Reliability — a night survives phone calls and app restarts, is not ended by accident and is never saved twice • A thank-you screen on first launch, plus small touches — aligned home-screen icons, louder ocean ambience, Slovak now turns on by itself on Slovak phones, and many wording fixes
