This app is your team's order pad and till: see every table, send orders to the kitchen and close bills on the iPhones and iPads you already have. Older devices work too, and waiters can use their own phones. THE FLOOR, LIVE • A floor map of every room, with each table's time, guests and total • Waiter calls and bill requests appear the moment a guest sends them • Approve QR orders before they go to the kitchen • Waiting times by colour, so no table is forgotten • Move a party to another table, or items to another tab ORDERS TO THE KITCHEN • Take the order at the table and send it in one tap • Each dish prints at its own station, in the kitchen's language • Notes for the kitchen, and dishes marked as served BILLS THE WAY EACH TABLE WANTS • Split equally or by item • Cash, card and your own payment types, with card tips • Discounts, comps and voids, with a record of who and when • Numbered invoices with the VAT breakdown, printed or sent by email • Keep taking cards on your usual terminal: OnaPOS records how each bill was paid RESERVATIONS • See who's coming, and confirm new bookings • Seat a booking and the table's tab opens • No-shows go on the guest's record THE DAY, UNDER CONTROL • Open and close the day and check the till • Every cash movement recorded, with a reason • Sold out? Mark a dish unavailable, or snooze it until a set time, on every channel at once ONE DEVICE, THE WHOLE TEAM • Everyone signs in with their own PIN, and hands over the device in a tap • Every action is recorded under the person who did it • Clock in and out on the restaurant's device • Everyone sees their own shifts EVERYONE IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE The app works in English, Spanish, Catalan, Chinese, French, Portuguese, German and Italian. Each person picks theirs, and kitchen tickets print in the kitchen's language.
